The Baramulti Group commenced coal trading in Jakarta in 1988. It marketed coal from PT. Bukit Asam, on-selling to domestic and overseas customers. The first coal concession was acquired in Malinau, East Kalimantan. Coal mining at Malinau commenced in 1996, producing 140 000 tonnes in the first year.

It now owns four producing coal concessions with nine other concessions under development. The Group’s shipping business was established in 1993 with the purchase of two sets of 2400 HP tugs and 8000 tonne capacity barges. It now owns and operates 19 sets of tugs and barges.

Mine Engineer (Kalimantan / Sumatera)
Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering
* At least 5 years of working experience in Coal Mining as Mine Engineering
* Able to operate Minescape and Autocad Software
* Creatif, innovative, good communication, self confidence (good attitude & good performance)
* Will be placed in Site Location (South Kalimantan, East Kalimantan or South Sumatera)

Surveyor (Kalimantan Selatan, Kalimantan Timur, Sumatera Selatan)
Requirements:

* Male, Min. D1 / STM Mining Engineering
* Min. 2 Years experience as Surveyor
* Able to use Total Station
* Familiar with software (data processing & volume calculation)
* Will be placed in site (Kalimantan/Sumatera)

Legal Corporate (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

* Corporate Legal Matters
* Day to day agreements
* Corporate secretarial work
* Legal advice
* Legal opinion
* Corporate documents records / maintaining
* Liaising with external lawyers, notary, and government institutions
* Contract drafting, contract review, have ability to hand over a legal opinion.

Requirements:

* Male/Female, 25 – 35 years old
* Minimum Bachelor Degree in Law
* Having experience as Legal minimum 3 years, preferably in law firm
* Proficient in English (oral & written)
* Computer literate (Word, Excel & Power point)
* Having good analytical thinking and detail
* Having strong communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills with ability to work independently
* Willing to travel to remote area/site
