Reputable Wedding Organizer in Nusa Dua is looking for a Wedding Coordinator/Event Organizer. The position is to be filled per immediately.

Scope of the position:
The Wedding Coordinator must respond to inquiries received from interested and potential clients. The responses must be friendly, authoritative, timely, accurate, comprehensive and relative to the inquiry. As well the Wedding Coordinator must develop good working relationships with the personnel of all embassy/consulates, churches, hotels, photographers, florists, catering companies and any other wedding service suppliers in order to better serve the clients with more efficient service at the best value. 

I. Responsibilities include:
> Able to set priorities and allocates her time to the most important duties and administrative work.
> All work is completed accurately and on schedule.
> Achieves effective understanding when communicating with clients, suppliers and management.
> Develops and maintains relationships with church officials, hotel staff and other suppliers so that weddings are handled efficiently.
> Develops and maintains accurate records of wedding arrangements, costs and payments for suppliers.

II. Qualifications for the position include:
> Well organized.
> Minimum three years experience handling wedding arrangements for foreign couples.
> Knows is able to inform clients all requirements for full legal wedding and is able to process all required documentation.
> Able to read, write and speak fluent English so that effective understanding is achieved.
