HR Coordinator - Recruitment

Job Responsibilities

  • The HR Coordinator – Recruitment is responsible for delivering all aspects of recruiting throughout the organization. This will be achieved through the development of organizational recruiting plans, developing sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. Researches, develops, and implements targeted recruitment plans based on user and organization need. Guides and supports HR business partners engaged in recruitment services activities as appropriate. This position will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent.


Desired Skills & Experience

  • Min. Bachelor Degree from Psychology, Law, Human Resources, Social Science
  • 3-4 years working experience in employee recruitment and assessment
  • Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills
  • Effective oral and written communication in Bahasa and English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills  & organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Skills in database management and record keeping
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness and initiative in dealing with day to day work
  • Drive for results
  • Ability to work under diverse and simultaneous demands in a FMCG environment.
