TAX AND ACCOUNTING ADMIN
General Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process billings, review to assure completeness and accuracy statements
• Post customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions
• Resolves valid or authorized deductions by entering adjusting entries
• Analyze accounts receivable monthly, prepare related reports and communicate results to other Department Heads.
• Fill out and complete tax document
• Participate in monthly accounting cycle (closing)
• Perform other duty as assigned

General Requiremens:

• Degree in Accounting
• Has at least 2 years working experience in Accounting preferably in AR or Tax
• Familiar with SAP environment is most preferable
