Largest American retailer has a vacancy fot Ethical Standard Auditor & Coordinator position. The candidate has meet the following requirements :

Ethical Standard Auditor

Responsibilities :

• Educates and monitors social, ethical and enviromental, health & safety compliance at factory level
• Conducts factory audits in Indonesia and Malaysia
• Identifies risks exposure and reports to ES Supervisor and ES Regional Manager
• Participated in ES projects that support the company goals and objectives
  

Requirements :

• Highest integrity, ability to work independently, frequent travels will be needed, station in Indonesia
• Good interpersonal skills, servant leadership, communication and analytical skills
• In depth knowledge of local laws is a must
• Education level minimum degree or above with working experience
• Fluent in English and local regional languages

Ethical Standard Coordinator

Responsibilities :

• Coordinates audit arrangement for factories located in Indonesia and Malaysia
• Administration works (e.g. daily email correspondence with various parties from different countries, filing, month end reports, claims checking, setting up training venue, etc.)
  

Requirements :

• Highest integrity, patience, detailed oriented, good interpersonal skills and able to work with least supervision. Position station in Indonesia
• Strong in data analysis and good in excel
• Fluent in English and local regional languages
