General Requirements:
· Hotel School graduate or Relevant Diploma
· Speaks + Writes good English
· Pleasant + Well-groomed
· At least one years experience in the same position in the same size hotel
· Experienced with Fidelio Front Office System
· Sound knowledge of forecasting, market mix, and pricing
· Experience in reservation system
