Currently we are seeking for potential dynamic personnel for below positions :
HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for all human resource administration activities to include compensation, benefits, legal employment and labor relations.
* Develop and maintain human resource databases, computer software (human resources information software), filing systems, and recruitment process.
* Implement employee’s performance appraisal and tools for appraisal system.
* Prepare and maintain company salary structure, job documentation and job evaluation systems.
* Manage and administer payroll process/cycle and timekeeping in timely manner.
Requirements:
* Minimum S1 Degree majoring in Law / Psychology / Human Resources Management.
* Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in HR/Admin Managerial role.
* Strong knowledge of the organization structure and job descriptions.
* Strong proficiency in written and spoken English is a must.
* Computer literate in Ms. Office (Word, Excel), Data Processing, HR Applications.
* Good personality, interpersonal and communication skill within all levels.
* Attentive to details, well-organized, disciplined, hard worker and flexible hour.
* Good knowledge of Indonesian employment laws, HR procedures and processes, Performance Appraisal and Industrial relation.
