Field Sales Specialist
(Jawa Barat - Bandung Area)
Responsibilities:
- Regularly monitor and review sales achievement in one own area.
- Ensure the achievement of sales and GP target in the designated area for the designated product range assigned by superior
- Ensure the full coverage of the market, existing and potential customers, maintain the contacts with all relevant customers, dealers
- Responsible for the effective implementation of action plan in line with business strategy in designated area and product range
- Keeps records and reports on all activities, prepares reports of customer visits, business transaction and submits to superior on weekly basis.
- Coordinate with internal sales representative/customer care center officer, provide updated information about the customers, dealers, etc. in order to keep account active and/or literature up to date.
- Monitor and facilitates the collection of overdue payment for all outstanding in the designated area.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, BioTechnology, Chemistry, Pharmacy/Pharmacology, Engineering (Bioengineering/Biomedical), Engineering (Chemical), or equivalent.
- At least 1 - 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Sales, pharmaceutical production, vaccine production from pharmaceutical industry.
- Possess ablitity to communicate with english (both spoken and written)
- Possess good communication skill, presentation skill, persuation skill, negotioation skill and also strong leadership.
- Possess ability to operate Ms Office, especially Ms Exel and Powerpoint.

Responsibilities:
- Understand the customers and environment: conducts market research.
- Formulates & develops marketing strategies, including 5-year plan.

Associate Brand Manager

Responsibilities:
- Assist Brand Manager to to translate brand strategies into a focused plan of brand activation based on consumer and market insights and Champions the delivery of the agreed plan.
- Assists BM in development of business plan for their assigned brand(s).
- Leads the development of brand activation programs that deliver against the agreed brand strategy.

Associate Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities:
- Establish maintenance strategy and objectives to support the company overall business objectives.
- Responsible for ensuring the availability / readiness of machineries to optimize the company operation.
- Responsible for introduction of technological changes for efficiency / quality improvement.
- Responsible for preparing the yearly operational budgets and the yearly maintenance budget for production machineries, and to ensure that the actual expenses are within the budget.
- Ensures the machine and system operation complies with regulations (GMP,Safety, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, etc).
- Responsible for providing support to Production (e.g. preventive maintenance, calibration, new investment), QA/QC (e.g. validation, qualification, Business Development (e.g. investment, new product launch) and other support functions.
- Actively participate in the projects as defined by Engineering Manager.
- Responsible for the development of the subordinates to improve their competence and effectiveness.
- Conduct technical training for production operators and packing operators (change format, operation new machine,etc.)
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position and referably Managerial (Assitant/ Associate Manager or Supervisor) specializing in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.
- Possess good knowledge of electrical and mechanical, especially for Pharmaceutical Machineries.
- Possess good knowledge on current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) to fulfill the requirements.
- Preventive maintenance implementation to minimize machineries breakdown.
- Possess ability to operate SAP software / implementation, related to engineering daily duties.
- Possess ability to operate AUTOCAD system.
- Possess good communication and fluent with english (both written and spoken).
- Willing to travel within Indonesia and abroad, willing to handle high risk utility production macherineries and willing to present at site in emergency/ critical case after office hour/ holidays.
