Sales Administration Executive
Responsibilities:
- Process and administer sales promotion program claim
- Monitor consumer’s slow moving stock (aging)
- Monitor sells thru distributor
- Monitor sales activity budget
- Provide report of sales promotion program claim
Requirements:
- Female
- Age maximal of 30 years old
- Bachelor degree majoring in management or administration from reputable University
- Minimum 4 years experience in handling administration in sales/marketing support, or finance
- Having good interpersonal skills Proactive, fast learner and able to work with minimum supervision
- Computer literacy
Procurement Executive
Requirements:
- Male/Female
- Age between 26-30 years old
- Bachelor degree majoring Accounting from reputable university with good GPA
- Experiences in Procurement minimum 3 years with exposure in managing sales, marketing & promotion activity
- IT industry background will be advantage
- High integrity, detail-oriented and good in numbers
- Independent, good teamwork and willing to work hard
- Good interpersonal, communication, negotiation and influence skills
Procurement Manager
Requirements:
- Male/Female
- Age between 30 - 33 years old
- Bachelor degree majoring Accounting from reputable university with good GPA
- Experiences in Procurement Manager minimum 3 years with exposure in handling/supervising a team with sound leadership skill
- Analytical skill for reporting
- IT industry background will be advantage
- High integrity, detail-oriented and good in numbers
- Independent, good teamwork and willing to work hard
- Good interpersonal, communication, negotiation and influence skills
- Speaks Mandarin will be advantages
