Requirements:
- Female/ Male maximum 27 years old
- Holding Bachelor Degree, from Accounting with minimum GPA 2.75
- Having experience as a Finance and Accounting staff min. 1 year or fresh graduate
- Has a good accounting & finance knowledge and hard working
- Have experiences in handling Account Receivable, Account Payable and Cash flow is an advantage
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Hard worker and have a strong analytical skill
Sales Force Effectiveness OfficerJakarta Raya
Requirements:
- Male or Female ( preferably )
- Single, maximum age 28 years old
- Graduate from reputable university of any discipline
- Minimum 2 years professional sales experience and 1 year at supervisor level.
- Prior work experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred but not necessary
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Performance management experience – coaching, mentoring/ counseling, motivating, disciplining, delegating, etc
- Ability to present to high level executives
- Fluent English is essential, ability to speak at least one other Asian language is desirable
- Sales Force Effectiveness Management skill is required ( Segmentation & Targeting, Resources Allocation, Customer Information Management, Territory Management, Effective compensation & remuneration, SFE tools ( CRM, Dashboard, Sales Technology, E-business, Mobile office, etc.)
- Smart, analytical, straight forward, discipline
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer literacy, proficient in the use of office applications
