Web Programmer (WEB)
- Minimum bachelor degree (S1) majoring System Information/Information Technology
- Have strong knowledge of Object Oriented Programming Have good understanding of PHP, MySQL, XML, CSS, Javascript and LINUX, web analyzer and e-commerce
- Has experience in creating games (Action Script Flash) and mobile application

Responsibilities:

• Capable to lead and develop a team of advertising sales to achieve target.
• Plan, organize and control all aspects of advertising sales
  
• Manage, mentor and evaluate direct sales team
  
• Ensure the team reaches the sales target

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree, have 2 years experience in management level in sales (preferable in media company)
• Proven ability to develop business oportunities and achieve success in account growth and revenue generation.
  
• Good understanding of marketing new media techniques
  
• Possess strong analytical, presentation and communication skills
  
• Possess strong leadership
  
• Good planning and organisational skills
  
• Have excellent in English (oral and written)
