B. Requirements
• S-1/D3 in Engineering
• Minimum 7 years experience of procurement/logistic in industrial plants

SUPERINTENDENT OF COMMERCIAL AND PRODUCTION PLANNING

A. Roles and Responsibility
• Manage all staffs in commercial and production planning department
• Responsible for monthly & annual commercial and production planning of rotary kiln and power plant
• Coordinate with operation and maintenance superintendents
• Responsible and report to Operation and Commercial Director

B. Requirements
• S-1 in Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 7 years experience in industrial plant
• Having strong leadership, decisive, and able to work under pressure

SUPERINTENDENT OF UTILITIES AND PLANT SERVICE

A. Roles and Responsibility
• Manage all staffs in utilities and plant services (WTP, workshop, general services)
• Responsible for planning and implementation of utilities system & plant services
• Coordinate with all plant superintendents
• Responsible and report to Plant Manager

B. Requirements
• S-1/D3 in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
• Minimum 7 years experience in industries plants (metal, chemical or cement plant)
• Having strong leadership, decisive, and able to work under pressure

SUPERINTENDENT OF PROCESS COMPUTER

A. Roles and Responsibility
• Manage all engineers and staffs in process computer department
• Responsible for operation and maintenance of iron making and power plant process computer
• Responsible for trouble shooting of iron making and power plant automation system
• Coordinate with operation and maintenance superintendents
• Responsible and report to Plant Manager

B. Requirements
• S-1/D3 in Electrical/Instrumentation/Automation/Control Engineering
• Minimum 7 years of operational/maintenance experience of plant automation/process computer in similar industries (metal, chemical or cement plant), preferably in rotary kiln plant
• Excellent knowledge and practical experience in process computer (DCS based automation)
• Having strong leadership, decisive, and able to work under pressure

IRON MAKING PLANT PROCESS COMPUTER ENGINEER

A. Roles and Responsibility
• Responsible for operation and maintenance execution of rotary kiln plant process computer
• Coordinate with operation and maintenance supervisors
• Responsible and report to Superintendent of Process Computer

B. Requirement
• S-1/D3 in Electrical/Instrumentation/Automation/Control Engineering
• Minimum 4 years of operational/maintenance experience of plant automation/process computer in similar industries (metal, chemical or cement plant), preferably in rotary kiln plant
• Good knowledge and practical experience in process computer (DCS based automation)
• Able to take appropriate action of process computer troubleshooting

POWER PLANT PROCESS COMPUTER ENGINEERS

A. Roles and Responsibility

• Responsible for instrumentation maintenance of rotary kiln and power plant
• Coordinate with operation and maintenance supervisors
• Responsible and report to Maintenance Superintendent

B. Requirements
• S-1/D3 in instrumentation Engineering
• Minimum 4 years experience instrumentation maintenance in similar industries (metal, chemical or cement plant), preferably in rotary kiln plant
• Able to take appropriate action of instrumentation troubleshooting

MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE SHIFT ENGINEERS

A. Roles and Responsibility
• Manage at shift technicians of mechanical maintenance for rotary kiln and power plant
• Responsible for mechanical maintenance during shift hours
• Responsible for all trouble shooting and decision made during shift hours
• Coordinate with Operation Shift Engineers
• Responsible and report to Maintenance Superintendent

B. Requirements
• S-1/D3 in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in similar industries (metal, chemical or cement plant), preferably in rotary kiln plant or power plant

ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE SHIFT ENGINEERS

• Responsible and report to Rotary Kiln Operation Superintendent

B. Requirements
• S-1/D3 in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 4 years of operational experience in similar industries (metal, chemical or cement plant), preferably in rotary kiln plant
• Able to take appropriate plant troubleshooting action

ROTARY KILN, COOLER AND PRODUCT SEPARATION SUPERVISOR

A. Roles and Responsibility
• Manage all operators in rotary kiln, cooler and product separation area
• Responsible for operation and trouble shooting in rotary kiln, cooler and product separation area
• Coordinate with raw material & waste handling area
• Responsible and report to Rotary Kiln Operation Superintendent

B. Requirements
• S-1/D3 in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 4 years of operational experience in similar industries (metal, chemical or cement plant), preferably in rotary kiln plant
• Able to take appropriate plant troubleshooting action

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL POSITIONS:
• Fast learner, flexible, and team work oriented
• Excellence written and verbal communication skills
• English mastery is a must

JOB BASIS FOR ALL POSITIONS:
• At the above positions are to be based in Batulicin, South Kalimantan
• Working environment are condusive and in any case woman applicants are most welcome
• All positions will be equipped with a series of training prior to commissioning and operation of the plants
