Manager – Database Management
Required qualifications :

* Minimun S1 degree in information technology, computer science and/or business administration/management
* Solid database management skills, gained from at least 4 years of experience in developing and managing the database.
* Strong understanding on IT and/or computer science proven from previous exposure
* Initiative, proactive, creative, personable, persistent and confident
* A team player proven from past involvement in working in team
* Good communication skills, including good command of English.
* Proven organization and managerial skills.

Resposibility :

* Responsible for developing, coordinating and managing the overall Company database, which includes particularly property database and contact database through various network and channel, and facilitate the management, division managers and related employees with all updated database information..

Research Executive
General Requirement:

• University Graduate (preferably from Architecture / Civil / Urban & Town Planning)
• Fluent in English, oral & written
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Minimum 2 years experience in property industry particularly in market research analysis

Job description :

• Support team function of collecting, collating, maintaining and analyzing property data. This involves a quarterly data cycle in which data is collected from both primary and secondary market.
• Prepare property market report for Colliers in quarterly basis. Report includes sector performance, trend in price/rent, economic factors and others that might be related to the sector.
• Prepare presentation material on property market and conduct the presentation to the designated clients.

Account Executives or Marketing Executives
In order to qualify for the position, prospective candidates must meet the following requirements:

• S1/BS degree or higher in economy, business administration, architect, engineering, or marketing from a reputable university, preferably from abroad
• Proven sales, marketing and customer service excellence ability obtained from previous exposures and/or experience
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and writing, including good command of English language.
• Strong personal and interpersonal skills as well as good relationship building skills
