1. Supervisor - Inventory Control & Catologuing (797530)

• Minimum a Civil Engineering degree
• Have minimum 2 years experience in Supply Chain area, especially in warehouse, cataloguing, and inventory.

2. Apprentice Master (659654)

• Min. Technical High School / Mechanical Trade Specialist or Mechanical Engineer degree
• Have experience in Training area in mining industry practice with minimum of 2 years experiences.
• Have strong knowledge about safety, health & environment, strong leadership, ability to influence and problem solving.

3. Planner - Component (782912)

• Engineering, Mechanical Degree with analytical skills/experience.
• Minimum 3 years experience in similar role within mining industry and familiar with heavy equipment, has knowledge and application in component planning for unit support and anciliary, condition monitoring component.

4. DMG Analyst (783759)

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Automation Engineering or related subject.
• Minimum 2 years experience in analyzing data or mining & maintenance industry.
• deep understanding of how ERP systems works especially in Cost and Planning modules and understand the importance of a complete and accurate data for in an MIS

5. Senior Supervisor – Mechanic (782914)

• Recognized Trade and / or mechanical engineering Qualifications. Experienced in mining heavy industries is essential.
• minimum of 5 years experience as Mechanic Supervisor;
• should has experienced in mechanical repair and supervision in the mining industry; planning of mechanical repair; have previously worked to budgets;

6. Supervisor - Mechanic (774581)

• Recognized Trade and / or mechanical engineering Qualifications. Experienced in mining heavy industries is essential.
• minimum of 5 years experience as Foreman or Lead Hand Mechanic;
• should has experienced in heavy equipment mechanical repair, planning of mechanical repair and supervision in the mining industry;

7. Supervisor - Auto Electrician (755455)

• Recognized Trade and / or Electrical engineering Qualifications. Experienced in mining heavy industries is essential.
• minimum of 5 years experience as Foreman or Lead Hand Auto Electric;
• should has experienced in heavy equipment auto electrical repair, planning of auto electrical repair and supervision in the mining industry;

8. Trade Training Officer (Trade Streaming) – Mechanical (760138)

• Trade and / or Mechanical Engineering Qualifications
• 5 years field experience in similar role
• Familiar with Heavy Equipments: Dozer (Caterpillar/Komatsu), Excavator (Hitachi/Komatsu/Liebherr), Ingersoll Rand Drills, Dump Truck (Caterpillar/Komatsu
• Superior communication skills-written & verbal, present arguments, facts and instructions in a clear, Fluent and convincing manner; able to Influence/motivate; Coaching/mentoring skill.

General Qualification:
• Good communication skill in English (verbal & written) and Bahasa.
• Highly self-motivated, initiative and team player.
• Good skill in computer.
• Interaction internal / external parties, diligent, good team work, loyal, willing to work at job site & good moral character.

Training Officer - Simulator (INA-12-BPN-00004)
Location: Balikpapan Support Facility, East Kalimantan

The candidate must possess at least a STM in Engineering (Mechanical/Automotive) or equivalent ; good knowledge in operating dump truck, excavator and/or dozer ; at least 1 year experience in the same role ; Good use of English and Bahasa Indonesia and basic computer.

Training Specialist - welding (INA-12-BPN-00011)
Location : Balikpapan/Mobile to Leighton project sites

The candidate must possess at least SMU level with 2 years experience as field trainer ; able to train, test and audit operators ; having Welding certificate from Migas or Disnaker; having Train of the Trainer certificate; good use of English and Bahasa Indonesia and basic computer.

Training Specialist - Drill (INA-12-BPN-00007)
Location : Balikpapan/Mobile to Leighton project sites

The candidate must possess at least SMU level with 1 year experience as Drill trainer ; 5 years expereince as drill rig operator (rotary system and percussion); min 1 year experience as Foreman/ Drilling Supervisor ; possess relevant certificate in drill rig operation ; possess Training of Trainer certificate would be an advantage.

Training Specialist - Auto Electrical/AC (INA-12-BPN-00010)
Location : Balikpapan/Mobile to Leighton project sites

The candidate must possess at least SMU level with 2 years experience as field trainer ; able to train, test and audit operators ; understand the auto-electrical system of heavy equipments ; possess Train of the Trainer certificate; good use of English and Bahasa Indonesia and basic computer.

Training Specialist - Excavator/ Shovel (INA-12-BPN-00015)
Location : Balikpapan/Mobile to Leighton project sites

The candidate must possess at least from SMU level with 2 years experience as field trainer ; has extensive experience in operating earthwork heavy equipment, especiallly small & big digger, in mining company ; Possess Train of the Trainer certificate ; Good use of English and Bahasa Indonesia and basic computer

Training Specialist Mechanical (INA-12-BPN-00001/INA-11-MRTB-00017/INA-11-TOKA-00002/ INA-11-WHN-00018/ INA-11-MSJ-00010)
Location : Balikpapan & Leighton project sites

The candidate must possess at least a STM in Engineering (Mechanical/Automotive) or equivalent; Has experience in heavy equipment maintenance and maintenance planning at least 8 years; Understand maintenance training curricula; Able to train, test and audit mechanics; Having train of the trainer certificate; Good use of English and Bahasa Indonesia and basic computer.

Training Superintendent - Excavator/ Shovel (INA-12-BPN-00012)

The candidate must possess at least SMU level with 5 -7 years experience as field trainer ; Experienced in conducting/using heavy equipment Training Simulator ; able to train, test and audit operators ; possess Train of the Trainer certificate; good use of English and Bahasa Indonesia and basic computer, preferably possess POP certificate

Training Specialist - Dekstop Publisher (INA-12-BPN-00014)
Location: Balikpapan Support Facility, East Kalimantan

The candidate must possess at least Diploma in Management Information System/ Graphic Design ; 2 to3 years experience as desktop publisher performing word processing of complex materials, update contend, implements correlative changes, designs and formats page layout, creates and modifies multiple master pages adds extensive hyperlinked cross-references, and applies multiple formats and styles for specific use ; strong expertise in Desktop publishing, Graphic design, Word processing, Text insets, Scan/edit documents, Import photos, Microsoft package ; fluent in English.

Location : MSJ Coal Mine Project, East Kalimantan

We are currently taking applicants for the following position:

1. Manager – Technical Services (795663)

• Tertiary qualification in Finance, Engineering, and other appropriate discipline.
• Minimum 6 years experiences in leadership and people management and minimum 4 years in the mining or construction industry.
• Able to demonstrated project management, cost control and planning skills.
• Understanding of risk management, document control and production cost monitoring system is preferred with demonstrated planning, organisation, initiative and analysis skills.

2. Supervisor Plant External Repair/Warranty (796591)

• Diploma/ Graduate in Mechanical Engineering or Thiess apprentice graduated, with 5 year experience in similar role.
• Should have extensive mechanical trade experiences; extensive Plant External Repair & Warranty experiences; exposure in maintenance.
• Familiar with component cost repair and quote analysis; familiar with analysis & reporting; equipment maintenance background; methods, principles, and technique used in preventive maintenance.

3. Engineer QA/QC (796664)

• Diploma/Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering with 3 year experiences at similar role.
• Have experience in Plant External Repair & Warranty for Heavy Equipment is preferred.
• Familiar with plant costing system; have skill to identify machine condition to prevent failures.

4. Manager Operations Supply Chain (795598)

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Management or Master Degree in Management or MBA (preferred).
• 10 years experience in a supply chain environment; minimum of 5 to 8 years experience in senior supervisory/management role.
• Proficient with inventory & logistic management systems; proficient with cost control measures; proficient with procurement process.
• Familiar with develop and maintain Supply Chain Systems and infrastructure.
• Strong leadership skill.

5. Manager – Project Services (795838)

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in in Mining or Civil Engineering
• 7 years experience at Supervisory level or 4 years at Managerial level
• Strong production focus and successful track record, proven to achieve targets and planning skills are pre-requisite
• To manage Mine Engineering & Mine Planning, Drill & Blast Ops, Project Cost Control, Project Survey, Quality and Environmental, Information & Communication Technology

6. Manager – Operation Supply Chain ( 795598)
