PT Maritim Barito Perkasa, a shipping company with more than 30 sets tugs and also as transporter coal owned a bigger coal mining company in South Kalimantan. Our mother company is in Singapore and in the range of Expansion Company; we are seeking potential employees to fill vacancy in our Banjarmasin office
Our company has implemented a new client / server based Purchasing and Maintenance application. This enterprise system needs to be maintained on an ongoing basis to minimize the downtime.
* TECHNICAL PLANNER
Job function :
1. As single point of contact for all maintenance planning
2. Gather maintenance related data from various sources
3. Scheduling work & maintenance job cards
4. Collecting monthly report of workshop & Port Engineer activity
5. Verify & identify the material based on manual book and other Marine store Guard
6. Evaluate work scope for vessel maintenanceScheduling work for dry docking, cass survey, preventive/routine and breakdown maintenance
7. Optimizes the purchasing process
8. Creating various reports
Requirement :
1. Male and single
2. S-1 or Min D-III Marine Technical / mechanical marine, preferable
3. Min 1 years experience in similar position, preferable from shipyard company
4. Good interpersonal skill & communication skill,
5. English both oral & written
6. Familiar with MS. Word, excel, power point, internet
7. Familiar with some software maintenance
8. Self motivation and quick learner
* PURCHASING STAFF
Job Function :
1. Demonstrating good technical / electrical equipment
2. Ensure efficient and timely ordering and receipt of goods and service for floating cranes and support vessels.
3. Comply with SOPs for purchasing department
4. To seek out supporting technical documentation to prepare the correct spec for the material
5. To process purchase requests to RFQ and PO
6. To evaluate RFQs
7. To create and issues Purchase Orders
8. To follow up with supplier on late deliveries and in conjuction with the purchasing manager, on supplier poor performance
9. Working together with logistic to ensure the delivery process from shore to terminal is timely
Requirement :
1. Male
2. S-1 or Min D-III Marine Technical / mechanical marine, preferable
3. Min 1 years experience in similar position, preferable from shipyard company
