Responsibilities:

* Planning and controlling crew’s employment schedule
* Monitoring crew’s performance and ensuring seafarers posses required competence
* Controlling the number crew as per safe manning certification

* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma majoring Engineering (Marine), Logistic/Transportation, Maritime Studies or equivalent.
