Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director-Beverage, you will be responsible for maintaining the standards of wine and general beverage service across our various outlets.
Your role will include both BOH & FOH duties, as per the required number of hours needed to deliver.
Qualifications
To be successful for this role, you will :
- Have had past experience with all beverage related categories
- Have had experience in beverage, with previous exposure in dynamic, sociable
extravagant and functional operations
- Be familiar with financial procedure of beverage opeartions
- Should be passionate in facilitating and delivering training, as required in the day to day beverage operation
- Be able to perform in a fast, focussed, friendly and flexible manner.
- Have had experience managing beverage in a large multi outlet organisation
- Have IT literacy including experience with Micros systems.
- Have good understanding of international beverage products.
- Be aware of the latest trends in non alcohlic and alcholic categories.
- Be able to adapt yourself to the expectation of the End Chain Consumers.
