We are looking for some highly dynamic and self motivated professionals to fill the following position as:

INDUSTRIAL RELATIONSHIP SENIOR STAF

Qualifications:

• Male / female, min 30 years old
  
• Min bachelor degree from Legal
  
• Min 2 years experience in the same field
  
• Advanced knowledge in Indonesia Labour Act or Manpower Regulation
  
• Sufficient knowledge and handiness in handling employee relation issues (employee cases, contracts, outsourching, etc)
  
• Having good Industrial relation with government such as Man Power Dept, Imigration, Police Dept, Jamsostek, etc.
  
• Having experience in supervise Security
  
• Fluent in English and Computer literate
  
• Pleasant personality with good communication & negotiation skill
  
• Strong analytical skills with strategic thinking
