Qualifications:
* Having minimum Bachelor Degree (S-1) majoring in Psychology, Law, Management.
* Min. 1 year of experiences as HRD Manager in printing, retail industry.
* Knowledgeable of KPI (Key Performance Indicator) and Career Path.
* Having in-depth knowledge of Recruitment Process, Organizational Development, Training activity, Performance Appraisal, Compensation & Benefit, and HR Management.
* Able to maintain good work at any condition.
* Fully understand about Labor Law and Legislation.
General Requirement:
* Minimum GPA 2.80 (Scale 4.00).
* Male / Female, Maximum age 35 years old.
* Willing to work hard.
* Having good skill in analysis and communication.
* Good skills in computer.
* Fluent in English both spoken and written.
HRD Manager
Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
* Evaluate customer’s needs
* Manage marketing / advertising budget and ensure products are launched on time and within budget to meet company’s objectives
* Generate leads and enquiries for Corporate Account.
* To manage and guide in-house graphic designer
* Arrange and handle all printing materials (such as pamphlets, vouchers, mailers)
Requirements:
* Minimum Degree in Mass Communication or Marketing Management
* Minimum 2 years experiences in Marketing
* Presentable, good looking, self-motivated and Independent
* Resourceful, Creative and Energetic team player
* Excellent leadership and Interpersonal skills
* Fluent in English
* Honesty and integrity are a must
Junior Graphic Designer
Responsibilities: Managing creative projects from concept to completion, translating marketing objectives into creative strategies, and assist the creative team in the production
General Requirements:
* Female / Male, max 30 years old (Female is preferable)
* Minimum S1 Degree in Graphic Design or related background
* Minimum 2 years experience in Graphic Design industry
* Creative, loyal, hardworking
* Able to work in personal and team
* Good interpersonal skill
* Ready to work under pressure and deadlines
Special Requirements:
* Have a strong skills in Adobe Indesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop, preferably can do some photography as well.
* Literate of the print preparation process
* Fluent in English
