2. Relevance educational background (law background (1) with at least 2 years experience in similar position (1, 2).
3. Able to work under pressure (1,2,3)
4. Matured, good personality, team work minded (1)
5. Goals oriented with excellent managerial skill (1)
6. Computer literate, speaking and writing English well.(1)
7. Strong Leadership (1 & 2) and able to train
8. Able to drive and hold license A (prioritize 3)
9. Civil background (2) and be ready to take in charge full time (2)
