Senior Manager - Collateral Appraisal (Jakarta Raya)
Requirements:

* Min Educational Degree from reputable university, preferably majoring in Civil Engineering or other professional qualifications.
* Having experience in Retail banking operations or related functions in the field of collateral appraisal at least 4 years.
* Having knowledge and experience about the credit products offered by banking sectors.
* Having knowledge in the field of collateral valuation and procedures, including all related operations and risk control measures.
* Having strong leadership and expertise in managing human resources.
* Individual with strong integrity, skills in interpersonal relationship and can communicate well.
* Extensive experience in credit marketing and Retail operations will be a plus.
* Fluent in English.

Pro Manager - Risk & Quality Assurance (Jakarta Raya)
Requirements:

* Min Educational Degree from reputable university, preferably majoring in Economics / Accounting / Law or Banking.
* Having experience in the areas of operational processes or credit, Quality Assurance, and Audit at least 2 years.
* Having experience in the areas of compliance and risk management.
* Having knowledge of the systems, procedures, credit risk and regulations.
* Having knowledge of credit operations and legal aspects of credit.
* Having the ability to analyze problems and to provide recommendations for service improvement.
* Having leadership capabilities.
* Able to coordinate well with all functional teams.
* Fluent in English.
* Individual with strong commitment, responsibility and a team player.
