PT Nusantara Bulk Terminal operation ranges from Port operator, shipping, distribution and mining. We operate one of the largest ports in Jambi and operate several coal concessions in the province. In addition to that, we also hold distributorship, an exclusive agency, and whole seller of a leading foreign Petroleum and Lubricant products for the Jambi province. Within our target market, these products have been well known and widely used.

Sales Staff (Jambi)
Responsibilities:

* To develop the company’s lubricant business in order to support the company’s targeted growth. He or she should also develop strategies that will support the company’s objectives.

Requirements:

* Minimum bachelor degree with min. GPA 3.00.
* Minimum 2 years experiences in the similar position
* Must have a strong network; and have a good communication skill. Previous experience in the heavy equipment industry is a plus
* Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, Mandarin is an advantage.
* Able to work under pressure and tight deadline
* Male/Female, maximum age 30 years
* Available to be stationed in Jambi

Legal Manager (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

* Draft, review, and provide advice on contracts, policies, and related form of agreements in order to support company business activities;
* Representing or managing the representation of, the company in legal proceedings;
* Provide analysis and advise on all legal documents and policies;
* Advising the company’s procurement department to ensure in compliance with regulations and fulfill company requirements;
* Provide advice on labor relations and employee contracts, take role in industrial dispute settlement and business ethic issues;
* Provide legal opinions in order to support company business;
* Anticipate and guard against legal risks facing the company;
* Develop and recommend company policy & procedural improvements,
* Keep the company up to date on new business laws and regulations;

Requirements:

* Minimum Bachelor degree with min. GPA 3.00.
* Minimum 3 years experiences in the law firm
* Familiar with IPO and M&A
* Familiar with government regulations for plantation and mining
* Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, Mandarin is an advantage.
* Able to work under pressure and tight deadline
* Must have strong leadership; has significant experience in managing and leading people.
* Male / Female, maximum age 35 years
* Available to be stationed in Jakarta
