Sales Executive
Jakarta Raya | Closing date : 7 July 2011

Responsibilities:

* Perform very well sales presentation.
* Maintain existing and acquire new customers (being strongly confident, knock doors and do calls).
* Do 7 to 8 visits a day.
* Drive product penetration to ensure maximum product usage per customer.
* Attend customers request and provide required solution.
* Achieve predetermined targets or deadlines set by the management.
* Monitor receivables and drive customers to pay as per standards.
* Prepare regular sales reports.
* Report on weekly basis to Sales Manager / Country Manager.

Requirements:

* Male, between 25-33 years old.
* At least the most recent 2 years’ experience in Sales preferably in International Courier & Express Services. Candidate from TNT, DHL, and UPS would be best.
* Hold a bachelor degree of any major from reputable University.
* English proficiency
* Has excellent selling, negotiation skills and well presented
* Result oriented, work under pressure and proactive.
* Computer literate (MS Office applications)
* Has own transportation – preferably bike.
* Willing to come to the office on Saturday alternate.
* Do 7 to 8 visits a day.

Invoicing Officer
Jakarta Raya - Closing date : 14 July 2011

Responsibilities:

* Sending out the weekly and monthly outbound invoices to each station/partner/agent.
* Continuous follow-up on outbound cases and resolving any discrepancies.
* Issuing credit notes for the inbound for stations only.
* Invoicing COD on weekly basis.
* Updating outbound rates with the Operations team when/if needed.

Requirements:

* At least 3 years’ experience in accounts preferably in services Industries.
* Hard working and strongly committed to his/her job
* Team player and able to work well with others
* Very good accounting and analysis knowledge
* Bachelor degree from reputed University
* English proficiency
