Recruitment Officer (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

* Maintain & Develop recruitment materials;
* Control, maintains and updates manpower plan and prepares related monthly and weekly reports;
* Search workforce market and identify suitable recruitment channel for company;
* Coordinate with recruitment agencies to fill vacancies;
* Liaises with approved recruitment agencies for supply of manpower;
* Designs recruitment advertisements;
* Doing Selection Process: screens applicants for basic compliance with position qualifications, summarizes CVs for easier evaluation by the departmental heads, meets walk-in applicants, collects and assesses CVs, obtains and assess all certificates and testimonials of the candidates, test & interview candidates, forwards collected CVs to the concerned departmental heads for evaluation and interviews;
* Ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time;
* Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are adhered to and recommend improvements;
* Maintain manpower records and files.

Requirements:

* Bachelor Degree in Psychology;
* Min. 2 years experience in same position;
* Excellent communication and 'people' skills;
* A confident and positive attitude;
* The ability to work under pressure and meet targets;
* Good in managing work and administrative skills;
* The ability to work well in a team;
* Computer Literate (Word & Excel);
* Proficient in English both oral & written.

Sharia Sales Manager (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

* Expand portfolio business by having regular visiting;
* Maintain relationship with client form business partners;
* Sales Direction to all team members;
* Responsible for market and potential customer analysis to increase revenues;
* Ensuring the capability of the sales team to achieve the objective;
* Provide excellent services to all customers.

Requirements:

* Age between 30 – 40 years old;
* Min. S1 from any discipline (Sharia degree will be an advantage);
* Min. 5 years experience in General Insurance Company (especially in handling Leasing or Banking Sharia);
* Min.3 yrs exp. in Managerial positions;
* Strong Leadership, Excellent Communication & Presentation Skill;
* English & Computer Literate is a must;
* Highly motivated, discipline, honest, client oriented;
* Strong knowledge of business plan & sales procedures.

Sales Officer (Sharia) (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

* Responsible for developing new business for the company's insurance Sharia products;
* Identify needs and client business objectives;
* Maintain relationship with client;
* Prepare and present sales proposals.

Requirements:

* Male or Female, max. 30 years old;
* Bachelor degree in any major (GPA min. 2.75);
* Having Experience as Account Officer in Sales at General Insurance for Banking Sharia or Life Insurance Sharia min. 2 years;
* Highly Motivated, able to work under pressure, hard worker, discipline, client oriented, energetic, adaptive and fast learner;
* Excellent communication & relationship skill.
