Customer Service (CS)
Responsibilities:
* Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.
* Directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries
* Handle and resolve customer complaints
* Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
Requirements:
* Bachelor Degree from any major with minimum 1 year of experience in Call Center or Customer Service from insurance, banking or other financial services
* Fluent in English, both oral & written
* Good interpersonal skill with strong influence & persuasiveness
* Strong customer services orientation
* Excellent communication skill & teamwork
