Leader Customer Service
Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and coordinating daily duties of customer services staff
• Scheduling and plotting of customer service position daily
• Advise and check the quality of customer service staff
• Handling complaints and provide problem solutions
• Collecting report

Requirements:

• Male, single max 28 years of age
• Min D3 any discipline
• Min 2 years experience as a Customer Service Leader or related
• Good command in English, written & oral
• Strong personality & communication skill, good appearance, pleasant personality and good leadership
• Hard working and able to work on shift duty
