The company has been operating under the name of PT Indokomas Buana Perkasa since 1984. To support our operations, we are currently looking for :

1. Service Contract Officer (SCO)

Responsibility:

• To guarantee the quality and efficiency of the procurement and supporting practices in terms of costs and delays
• To assist service contract coordinator and/or contract engineer during execution of the contract for mobilization/demobilization of service provider s personnel
• To assist service contract coordinator and/or contract engineer in contract administration, including but not limited to administration of contractual certificates and documents (Performance Bank Guarantee and Change Order)

Qualifications:

• Diploma in administration, secretary or accounting with strong knowledge of tendering and contracting of service contract in project of Oil and Gas
• Self starter, good communication and interpersonal skill
• Fluent in spoken and written English

2. Quantity Surveyor (QS)

Responsibility:

• Change order and claims management of project control division and supply contract within internal management of company
• Advice and assistance to project control division and project management of costs and contract administration, including ensuring contracted parties compliance with mandatory contractual obligations
• Continually monitor local market price levels and costs trends relevant to project control development and project activities
• The development of the quantity surveying discipline within project control, including the training, supervision and mentoring of quantity surveyors and trainees

Qualifications:

• Engineering degree
• 10 to 15 years of relevant experience post graduation
• Preference given to a previous member of multi-discipline terms or project
• Required knowledge of one or more of the Following, Engineering, Construction, platform installation, hook-up, safety, call for tender and contract negotiation, cost control, planning, contractor management, project team management
• Good communication and interpersonal skills and a high level of integrity
• Fluent in spoken and written English

3. Application and Technical Administrator (ATA)

Responsibility:

• Assisting Project Control and Engineering Head of Department and Department Lead Engineers in providing the assistance to the department management with technical documentation and Project Control applications and tools

Qualifications:

• Engineering degree
• Experience in Electronic Document Management System, project control web based tools, vendor management system
• Having effective time management and good communications skills
• Quality and accuracy of database maintenance
• Conversant with Excel and Power Point
• Fluent in spoken and written English

4. Method and Procedure Senior Engineer (MPSE)

Responsibility:

• HSE management system implementation within the framework of company projects EPC s contracts and under the authority of the Methods and Procedures Managers
• Assist project in providing HSE expertise

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree, preferable from engineering
• Minimun of 10 years experience in similar position (in Asia would be advantage)
• Evidence of appropriate formal training in key activities noted above
• Familiar with ISO 9001 and ISO 10006 implementation
• Experience in Audit performance at construction yards, oil & gas facilities or/and marine facilities
• Good interpersonal skills, well organized, good written and oral communication skills including English language
• Ability to work on his/her own initiative but function as an integral part of a team
• Flexible and pro-active approach

5. Certification Engineer (CE)

Responsibility:

• Ensure that all required Certification and Permit for Equipments, Facilities & Installation delivered from project control division as per prevailing regulation, are provided in due time and within budget
• Ensure that place Into Service is well prepared and approved in due time to avoid delay cost recovery

Qualifications:

• Degree in Mechanical/Petroleum Engineer
• With 3-4 years experience in Oil and Gas Industry
• Autonomus, good communication and Interpersonal Skill
• Knowledge of Indonesian regulation, PTK 007, MIGAS certification process and Permit Authorization process
• Fluent in spoken and written English

6. Senior Quality and Risk Engineer (SQRE)

Responsibility:

• Ensure that all required Quality and Risk engineering as per prevailing regulation, are provided in due time and within budget

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree from Technical disciplines
• 10-15 years experience in Oil & Gas Industry
• Familiar with ISO 9001 and ISO 10006 implementation
• Having Quality Assurance experience and auditor for Quality management system
• Familiar with Project Risk Management
• Having Project Control Background is preferable
• Having Construction and Installation experience
• Having capability to draft technical report
• Fluent in English. French speaker will be an advantage

7. Quality and Risk Engineer (QRE)

Responsibility:

• Assist Senior Quality and Risk Engineer ensure that all required Quality and Risk engineering as per prevailing regulation, are provided in due time and within budget

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree from Technical disciplines
• 5-7 years experience in Oil & Gas Industry
• Familiar with ISO 9001 and ISO 10006 implementation
• Having Quality Assurance experience
• Having Project Control Background is preferable
• Having Construction and Installation experience
• Having capability to draft technical report
• Fluent in English. French speaker will be an advantage
