Sales Compensation Manager (Code: SCM)
Requirements:

• University Degree preferably in Insurance, Management, Mathematics, Accounting, Computing or Informatics
• 3 to 5 years experience in Life Insurance Sales Compensation Administration and / or Intermediary / Agency Administration
• Strong working knowledge in Life Insurance sales compensation design
• Advanced usage of MS Excel / Access / Query language preferable
• Fluent in English (Oral & Written)

Project Assistant For Chief Finance Officer (Code: PAS)
Responsibilities:

• The primary job responsibility of an Executive Assistant to a CFO is basically providing support in all areas of a CFO business life
• Conduct research, compile data and prepare papers for consideration and presentation to the CFO and Board of Directors (Executive Committee Meetings)
• Participate in projects and seasonal work (e.g. Strategic Planning)
• Assist in tracking deadlines assigned by CFO to the Finance Team and cross functional areas
• Other duties as assigned by CFO

Requirements:

• Male or Female, age max 30 years
• Bachelor degree, preferably with background in Statistics or Mathematics
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment that demands not only excellent problem solving skills but also high level of organizational as well as strong communication skills
• Independent and ability to manage upwards (communicate openly to CFO and BOD)
• Able to conduct research / good with figures
• Fluent in English (Oral & Written)
• Able to prepare presentation slides on Powerpoint
• Depending on ability can be fresh graduate or those with up to 3 years of working experience

Oracle Developer (Code: OD)
Requirements:

• University Degree of IT or computer science
• Male or Female, age max 35 years
• Minimum 2 - 4 years experience in developing oracle applications
• Advance knowledge in Oracle (PL/SQL Programming, Oracle Packages)
• Knowledge in J2EE Platform (Web-based Application Framework JSP, JSF)
• Experience in developing complex packages, procedures, functions and query performance tuning

Business Analyst (Code: BA)
Responsibilities:

• User requirements gathering and translation as well as documentation, testing, and technical implementation

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree, preferably in Computer Science or Management Information Systems
• Strong oral and written Bahasa Indonesia
• Good written English skills as you will be writing Business Documents
• Understand the insurance business and system concepts
• Customer service oriented and clear communication ability
• Ability to work on several concurrent projects and priorities
• Minimum of 3 -5 years working experience, preferably in General or Life insurance business  
• Perform User Acceptance Testing and sign-off
• Willingness to learn and accept responsibilities assigned

Medical Underwriting (Code: MU)
Requirements:

• Male or Female, age max 35 years
• Bachelor Degree in Medical Science or equivalent from reputable university
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• Have basic underwriting knowledge
• Good knowledge about MS.Office
• Fluent in English (Oral & Written)
