1. Male, Single
2. Age not more than 26 years old
3. Fresh graduated from reputable university (with min. GPA 3.00)
4. Or professional with less than 1 year experience
5. Fast learner, proactive, and strong analytical skill
6. Willing to be located at any location in Indonesia

Successful candidates will be trained in an equipped with leadership as well as various business aspects, and will be assigned in various departments before being placed in a certain position.
