Well established and growing Villa Management Company is hiring now Human Resource Manager
- With following requirements :
- Female, 28 – 38 years
- min 3 years experience in HR management in the hospitality field.
- Degree in HRM /Law ,
- Confident with good communication skills Fluent in English,
- Good attitude, able to work under pressure and deadlines,
- Have excellent communication skill
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, procedures, systems
- Solid understanding of Indonesian regulations in the HR area
- Strong supervisory, coaching skill and interpersonal skill Responsibility:
- Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems
- Recruit Villa and office staff. Create and implement training programs and house rules .
- Advise management on organizational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity and recommend needed changes.
- Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations.
- Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, and safety and recreation programs
