PT. Bima Cakra Perkasa Mineralindo is a Nickel Mining company with the ownership of mining concessions in Morowali area (Central Sulawesi). Along with the development of exploration activities and to strengthen our organization, we are looking for suitable, energetic & highly motivated candidates to fill the following available position:

GM Mining Operations (Code: GMO)
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess a Bachelor s degree in Mine Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of working experience in Mining Company especially Nickel.
• Have significant and relevant experience in the mining industry, working at senior management level.
• Be technically competent to coach and constantly search for new efficiencies and innovative ideas.
• A strong advocate for performance and progress, definitely with proven leadership experience
• Shrewd and astute management skills.
• Conceptual thinking skills with the capability of seeing the big picture, identifying appropriate strategies and translating them into action.
• A long term, committed attitude to leading the organization into the future.
• An ability to work in diverse cultures with a demonstrated awareness of different values and how to influence teams to think as one.
• A tough minded yet approachable management technique.
• Excellent people management skill and exceptional communication skill.
• Preferably a qualified KTT.

Mine Manager (Code: MM)

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess a Bachelor s degree in Mine Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of working experience in Mining Company especially Nickel.
• Have significant and relevant experience in the mining industry, working at managerial level.
• Be technically competent to coach and constantly search for new efficiencies and innovative ideas.
• A strong advocate for performance and progress, definitely with proven leadership experience.
• Shrewd and astute management skills.
• Conceptual thinking skills with the capability of seeing the big picture, identifying appropriate strategies and translating them into action.
• A long term, committed attitude to leading the organization into the future.
• An ability to work in diverse cultures with a demonstrated awareness of different values and how to influence teams to think as one.
• A tough minded yet approachable management technique.
• Excellent people management skill and exceptional communication skill.
• Certified POU/ POM is an advantages.

HSE Supervisor (Code: HSESPV) / HSE Officer (Code: HSE)

Responsibility:
• To monitor implementation of the policy & procedure of Health & Safety in sites, training, audit & reporting & all preventive action of Health & Safety activities in the company
• To improve employees awareness in the company to work safely and protect the company image
• To maintain company quality standards & certifications

Requirements:
• Male, maximum age 40 years old (HSESPV), 30 years old (HSE)
• Bachelor degree in public health or environment engineering
• Minimum GPA 2.75
• Min. 2 years experience in the same position
• Have a good knowledge about Health, Environment, and Safety (K3LH), ISO 14001:2004, ISO 9001:2008
• Hard worker, independent, and with strong leadership ability
• Can work under pressure, having capability to work as a team
• Willing to be placed in Morowali (Central Sulawesi)
