1. OPERATION MANAGER (OM)
Requirements:
1. Male, max 45 years old
2. Minimum 8 (eight years experience in mining industry with minimum 4 (four) years in managerial level
3. Bachelor degree from mining engineering faculty
4. Posses POU (Pengawas Operasional Utama) certificate from Dept ESDM
5. Fluent in English both oral & written
6. Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
7. Well understanding about mining operation (facility / equipment / man power)
8. Good knowledge about HSE / K3 procedure
9. Able to manage both natural resources and human resources to achieve efficient and productive result
10. Able to make a plan and execution, including production mining analysis and cost
11. Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills
12. Self confident and tactful to communicate with people in every level within the organization / corporate
13. Good health and able to work under pressure with good result and always seek best solution to solve problem
14. To be located in Halmahera islands, with rotation schedule.
2. GRADE CONTROL SPT/SPV/FOREMAN (GC)
Requirements:
1. Male, age maximum 35 years old
2. Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineering or geology
3. Minimum 7 (seven) years experience in mining company (for SPT), 4 years experience (for SPV), and 3 years experience (for Foreman)
4. Responsible for the grade quality of the ore production
5. Responsible for the stockpiles
6. Do observation at the mine pit
7. Well understanding about HSE / K3 procedure
8. Fluent in English both oral & written
9. Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
10. To be located in eastern part of Indonesia, with rotation schedule
3. MINING / PRODUCTION MANAGER - SPT – SPV (PROD)
Requirements:
1. Male, max 35 years old
2. Bachelor degree from mining engineer faculty
3. Minimum 10 (ten) years experience in mining company as Production (for Manager), 7 years experience (for SPT), and 4 years experience (for SPV).
4. Posses managerial ability such as planning, organizing, controlling and executing to all mining activities
5. Capable of doing calculation of heavy equipment hour production, summarize and analyze daily report, appliance hour, usage of fuel, man power activities and dismissal of over burden and rotate mine
6. Taking care of quality of mine product
7. Good understanding about HSE / K3
8. Fluent in English both oral & written
9. Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
10. Pro-active and flexible approach to problem solving and job responsibilities
11. Hardworking, able to work under pressure, self motivated and honest
4. SURVEYOR CHIEF / FOREMAN (SURVEY)
Requirements:
1. Age maximum 35 years old
2. Min D3 Cartographic (Ilmu Ukur Tanah) / Geodesi
3. Having minimum 2-3 years experience in mining industry
4. Able to operate Autocad Land Desktop
5. Able to operate Surpac is a plus point
6. Knowledge of mine planning and survey related software
7. Well understanding of Total Station Tools (Leica & Sokia)
8. Able to do a topographic measurement and data processing
9. Willing to be located in Halmahera island, with rotation schedule
5. QUALITY CONTROL SPV – FOREMAN (QC)
Requirements:
1. Maximum 35 years old
2. Bachelor degree from faculty of Chemistry
3. Minimum 2 (two) years experience from laboratory in mining company
4. Posses managerial ability such as planning, organizing, controlling and executing to all laboratory activities
5. Familiar with ICP instrument and International standardization of Elements Determination especially in mining material (ISO, ASTM, JIS, GB)
6. Familiar with SOP, GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 17025, QC/QA procedures and work flow production process in mining company
7. Good knowledge in chemical process (solid catalyst, surfactants, interfacial tension) and instruments (GC-MS, XRD, XRF, ICP OES, ASS, UV-Visible Spectrophotometers, Leco, Eltra sulfur analyzer)
8. Fluent in English both oral & written
9. Computer Literate in using MS office and Internet
10. Pro-active and flexible approach to problem solving and job responsibilities
11. Hardworking, able to work under pressure, self motivated and honest
6. GENERAL MANAGER (GM)
Requirements:
1. Male, max 48 years old
2. Minimum 10 (ten) years experience in mining industry with minimum 6 (six) years in managerial level
3. S1/S2 degree from faculty of mining engineering or geology
4. Fluent in English both oral & written. Fluent in Mandarin will be an advantage
5. Computer Literate in using MS office, Internet and mining software such as: mine scape/minecom and surpac
6. Posses minimum POM certificate
7. Well understanding about mining operation (design, production, facility, equipment, man power)
8. Good knowledge about HSE / K3 procedure
9. Able to maintain harmonious relationship with local and central government related to mining policies and procedures as well as CSR
10. Managed all function in the company such as finance & accounting, purchasing/procurement, logistic & warehouse, human resource, general affair, legal and operation
7. GENERAL AFFAIR / CAMP SUPERVISOR (GA-CAMP)
Responsibilities:
1. In charge for overall office general affairs activities such as office maintenance, office procurement and supply of goods, document renewal, transportation, guests services, camp services, meals, etc.
2. Arrange and supervise office boy, gardener, cleaner, cook and driver s activities
3. Handling inventory for office assets and equipments
4. Able to handle multi tasking activities
Requirements :
1. Male, maximum age 40 years old
2. Minimum diploma from faculty of Management or social science from reputable university with minimum GPA 2,75 scale out of 4
3. Minimum 3 (three) years experience as General Affairs, preferably from mining or plantation company
4. Good communication in English both oral and written. Able to speak Mandarin will be an advantage
5. Computer literate in using MS. Office and Internet
6. Good communication and negotiation skill
7. Good attitude, honest, fast learner, work detail, diligent, energetic, self motivated, hard working and result oriented
8. LOGISTIC MANAGER – SPT (LOG)
Requirements:
1. Maximum 40 years old
2. Minimum 6 (six) years experience in logistic field from mining or heavy equipment industry with minimum 3 (three) years experience in managerial level
3. Minimum Bachelor degree from related field, preferably form faculty of management, engineering or transportation
4. Fluent in English both oral & written. Fluent in Mandarin will be an advantage
5. Computer Literate in using MS office and Internet
6. Posses good knowledge about supply chain management
7. Plan, organize and control logistics operations, including inbound / outbound logistics, inventory management, control warehouse and delivery to ensure cost effectiveness and on time delivery
8. Ensure optimum inventory level, high inventory record accuracy, and minimize product damage, loss, and waste
9. Experience in dealing, negotiating and managing third party logistic and distribution providers
9. MINE PLAN ENGINEER SPT – SPV (MPE)
Requirements:
1. Age maximum 35 years old
2. Bachelor degree from mining engineer / geology faculty
3. Minimum 4 (four) years experience in mining company
4. Posses managerial ability such as planning, organizing, controlling and executing to all mining activities
5. Able to calculate of heavy equipment hour production, summarize and analyze daily report, appliance hour, man power activities and dismissal of over burden and rotate mine
6. Able to plan short term, middle term and long term of mining process
7. Taking care of quality of mine product
8. Good understanding about HSE / K3
9. Capable of operating mining software such as Microlink, Minex, MineScape, Surpac, AutoCad, Carlson Mining)
10. MANAGER/SPT/SPV GEOLOGIST (GEOS)
Responsibilities:
1. Male, age maximum 35 years old
2. Bachelor degree from faculty of Geology
3. Min. 7 years experiences (Manager), 5 years experiences (SPT), and 4 years experiences (SPV)
4. Fresh graduates are welcome for SPV level
5. Computer literate in using MS Office & Internet
6. Able to use mining software (Surpac, Minecom, AutoCAD)
7. Able to make a progress repot of exploration
8. Able to identify surface structure, rock base and geological structure
9. Good physical health and able to work in a team
10. Willing to work in remote area, with rotation schedule
