1. MINING MANAGER (KEPALA TEHNIK TAMBANG / KTT)

• Male and must be posses from Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering.
• Have Certified “KTT / Kepala Tehnik Tambang” is a must.
• Hard working and having 5 – 10 years of working experience as Mining Manager / “KTT” and having good leadership and hard working.
• Knowledgeable in Mine Reclamation, Rehabilitation, and AMDAL.
• Have certificate of Mine Operation Controller (POP, POM or POU).
• Have computer skill in Microsoft and Mining Software (Map Info, Global Mapper and familiar with surpac software, Mincom Minescape : basic, stratmodel and open cut).
• Capable for equipment productivity and efficiency.
• Willing to work in Kalimantan and roaster schedule.

2. GEOLOGIST

• Male & Bachelor Degree (strata 1) in Geology Engineering.
• Have min 2 (two) years experience in exploration geologist.
• Have computer skill in Microsoft, Map Info, Global Mapper and familiar with surpac software, Mincom Minescape (basic, stratmodel and open cut).
• Prosses strong leadership and hard working.
• Willing to work in Kalimantan and roaster schedule.

3. MINING ENGINEER

• Male and the candidate must be possess from Bachelor s Degree in Mining Engineering.
• Hard working and Having 5 - 10 year(s) of working experience as Mine Engineer and or Mine Planner (Long term & Short Term planning) and having good leadership.
• Have certificate of Mine Operation Controller (POP or POM or POU).
• Required skill(s): MS Office Application and mining Software (Map info, Surpac, Minescape, etc).
• Application must be willing to work in Kalimantan and roaster schedule.

4. MECHANIC SUPERVISOR

• Male and max 40 years old.
• Posses from Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical Engineerig is more preferable.
• Have min. 5 (five) years experience of working experience as Mechanic Supevisor in Mining industry and or Heavy Equipment Maintenance.
• Fluent in English is a must.
• Be a team player & able to manage a team of maintenance staffs.
• Have good Leadership and hard working.
• Willing to work in Kalimantan and roaster schedule.

5. PROJECT MANAGER

Responsible for overall management of mining activities at project site to reach production target set by management through increase in productivity level effectively, efficiently and safely. Manage and coach all subordinates to get maximum performance. Also develop programs to effectively communicate, implement and monitor site policies, procedures and standards for mining operations.

• Male and max. 45 years old.
• Bachelor degree from faculty mining engineer or geology.
• Possess POU (Pengawas Operasional Utama) from ESDM Dept.
• Well understand about mining operation (Facility / Equipment / Manpower).
• Familiar make plan, including target of production, controlling, evaluation, improving and analyze of cost production.
• Good knowledge about SHE / K3 procedure in mining sector.
• Has good leadership to subordinate and good interpersonal and organizational skill.
• Communicate with all level in organization company and Government.
• Willing to work in Kalimantan and roaster schedule.

6. HUMAN RESOURCES (HR) & ADMIN SUPERVISOR

• Male and max. 45 years old.
• Have min. 5 (five) years experience as HR (General) & ADMIN Supervisor.
• Fluent in English is a must and can operate microsoft word and excel.

• Willing to work in Kalimantan.

* Take data from the floor & report ,machinery issues from down time & root cause

Requirements:

Requirements:

* Male, Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

* Having export import and custom clearance activities will be an advantage

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

* Accounting degree
* Good knowledge of local accounting standards
* Be able to deal with accounting, auditing and internal processes & controls issues
* IFRS knowledge will be a plus

* Internal audit experience will be an asset
* 3-4 years professional experience in a multinational environment. Audit experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

* To develop the Quality Assurance activities and ISO 14000 EMS and OHSAS 18000 Safety system program, and Risk Management. Contact with External ISO bodies
* Organize the Manufacturing Team for the Quality Group Manual Implementation
* Perform process audit in Plant and Supplier site and Measuring Performance using appropriate quality tools (e.g. SPC) and making the statistical report
* Organize the Manufacturing team to response any findings from process audit
* Liaise with Supply Chain Dept. for the Supplier Quality Audit
* Customer Complaint management
* Liaising Customer Audit activities, with Customers auditors and ensuring the execution of corrective action and compliance with customers' specifications
* Setting QA compliance objectives and ensuring that targets are achieved
* Maintaining awareness of the business context and company profitability, including budgetary control issues
* Assessing the product specifications of the company and its suppliers, and comparing with customer requirements
* Ensuring compliance with national and international standards and legislation

Requirements:
