Requirements:

Contract / QS Manager
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

* The responsibilities of the Contract / QS Department commence with the initial design deliverables at design development stage and expand through the various phases to the hand over and close out stage. The following:
o Formulate form of ContractPrepare Procurement schedule meeting Project Master Schedule and Contract Procedures
o Prepare Letter of Recommendation to Owner
o Prepare Letter of Acceptance (Intent)
o Prepare Contract Documents
o Prepare Material Purchase Orders
o Prepare Cashflow Forecast basing on Project Master Schedule
o Prepare weekly/monthly report in relation to contract/QS (Procurement) activities.
o Receive, estimate, negotiate and issue changes (variances)
o Receive and analyze Claims
o Lead responsibility for updating the Project Budget
o Final Account
o Cost Report
o Monitor Project Master Schedule

Requirements:

* Male
* Graduated S-1 in Civil / Architectural Engineering from reputable university.
* Eight or more years work experience in construction industry is preferably.
