• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor s Degree in Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety), Agriculture/Aquaculture/Forestry or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field.
• Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Engineering, Environmental/Health/Safety or equivalent.
• Having knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
• Have completed Certificate IV in OH&S or equivalent qualifications under Indonesian legislation.

Geology Manager

Main Role
To maintain the company exploration presence and provide overall direction, leads the exploration activities and complete the exploration data. Implement the company s policy regarding HSE issues, budgeting, exploration program and Geological Evaluation to support MRMR, Life of Mine and project expansion related with strategy business of the company.

Role of Accountabilities
• Implement the company s policy regarding HSA issues in all area, and ensure the compliance in all level of execution.
• Planning, managing and controlling the Budget and Cost for all Exploration project area.
• Provide assistance and clear context direction to each project managers / section heads to ensure the objectives are achieved effective/efficiently interm of timing and cost.
• To maintain communications, coordination with the company s external relation related with Exploration strategy and issues.
• Maintain relation and coordination with local community and local government at Exploration projects. Conduct socialization and contribution to community especially in development local manpower resources during exploration activity period on that location.
• To initiate the preparation of the Exploration Activities Schedule, establishing the key milestones and interfaces between the elements for his Facility.
• To define the content of the various construction, purchasing and turnkey work to ensure that all required components of the Exploration Activities have been considered.
• Coordinate activities in the field and developed action / strategy to minimize suprise / unintended impact which could create delays / interuptions in Exploration.
• Lead the group of Exploration in deploying workable annual Exploration plans (Drilling and other sampling sequences) based on the company s strategy and requirements. The Exploration plans must be flexible to accommodate changes in the company strategy.
• To ensure that the quality assurance procedures are implemented and the quality audit program is carried out; both in accordance with the established Quality Assurance program.
• Develop an execution strategy and contracting plan for the Facility for both external and local contracting
• Participate in the selection of suppliers and contractors.

Role Cognitive
Able to exercise judgments requiring “Cumulative” processing (such as require to be able to note things indicate potential problems & obstacles, accumulate these to initiate actions to overcome problems) for time-span of 12 months (1 year) down the road.

Knowledge & Skill

Government Affairs Coordinator

Main Role
To assist the Corporate Relations Manager in Jakarta to ensure that all formalities and legalities required by the company which are processed in Jakarta are obtained in timely manner and in accordance to the company business conduct and support the image of the company as a good corporate citizen.

Role of Accountabilities
• Approval of Annual Manpower Plan for Expatriates (RPTKA).
• Various formalities; visa; expatriate related permits
• Review, monitor and avoid whenever possible negative impacts of the new regulations to the company such as: RUU Minerba (Draft of Mining Law), PP PNBP (Government Regulations on Forest Dues), Judicial Review of Forestry Law: UU41/1999, Draft of Ministry of Environment on Mine Closure, RUU Sumberdaya Alam (Draft of Natural Resources Law), RUU Investasi (Draft of Investment Law), Review UU No. 13/2003 Ketenaga-kerjaan (Labour Law)

Main Role
To assist the Land Access & Planning Manager in Palembang to ensure that land or property acquisitions and negotiations with land or property owners and their representatives are in compliance with all applicable regulations, policies and procedures.

Role of Accountabilities
• Review necessary documents required to obtain the necessary real estate rights for the client
• Assemble accurate warrant request packets, title information, and supporting documents for title and document approval
• Ensure the construction schedule is achieved by maintaining records of all negotiations, status updates, and all other documentation necessary to fulfil state record requirements
• Review and analyse land title reports and other related documents in order to secure the interest in right of way necessary to complete the improvement.
• Assist in clarifying and resolving title issues and objections to title, and other issues related to specific land or property acquisition

Role Cognitive

Land Access & Planning Manager

Main Role
Responsible for planning and analysing the land acquisition process and problem solving to ensure that the progress is in timely manner ready for mining operations to proceed, monitoring and securing land that have been compensated. Incumbent would closely liaise with the government officials and legal systems pertinent to land issues.

Role of Accountabilities
• Has all the necessary scope similar as for the Manager Land Access,
• Provide analysis and problem solving for Overlapping land with CCOW.
• Planning, analysis and problem solving of the project progress to ensure that it is on track (budget, schedule and quality)

Role Cognitive
