Main Role
To maintain the company exploration presence and provide overall direction, leads the exploration activities and complete the exploration data. Implement the company s policy regarding HSE issues, budgeting, exploration program and Geological Evaluation to support MRMR, Life of Mine and project expansion related with strategy business of the company.
Role of Accountabilities
• Implement the company s policy regarding HSA issues in all area, and ensure the compliance in all level of execution.
• Planning, managing and controlling the Budget and Cost for all Exploration project area.
• Provide assistance and clear context direction to each project managers / section heads to ensure the objectives are achieved effective/efficiently interm of timing and cost.
• To maintain communications, coordination with the company s external relation related with Exploration strategy and issues.
• Maintain relation and coordination with local community and local government at Exploration projects. Conduct socialization and contribution to community especially in development local manpower resources during exploration activity period on that location.
• To initiate the preparation of the Exploration Activities Schedule, establishing the key milestones and interfaces between the elements for his Facility.
• To define the content of the various construction, purchasing and turnkey work to ensure that all required components of the Exploration Activities have been considered.
• Coordinate activities in the field and developed action / strategy to minimize suprise / unintended impact which could create delays / interuptions in Exploration.
• Lead the group of Exploration in deploying workable annual Exploration plans (Drilling and other sampling sequences) based on the company s strategy and requirements. The Exploration plans must be flexible to accommodate changes in the company strategy.
• To ensure that the quality assurance procedures are implemented and the quality audit program is carried out; both in accordance with the established Quality Assurance program.
• Develop an execution strategy and contracting plan for the Facility for both external and local contracting
• Participate in the selection of suppliers and contractors.

Main Role
To assist the Corporate Relations Manager in Jakarta to ensure that all formalities and legalities required by the company which are processed in Jakarta are obtained in timely manner and in accordance to the company business conduct and support the image of the company as a good corporate citizen.
Role of Accountabilities
• Approval of Annual Manpower Plan for Expatriates (RPTKA).
• Various formalities; visa; expatriate related permits

Main Role
To assist the Land Access & Planning Manager in Palembang to ensure that land or property acquisitions and negotiations with land or property owners and their representatives are in compliance with all applicable regulations, policies and procedures.
Role of Accountabilities
• Review necessary documents required to obtain the necessary real estate rights for the client
• Assemble accurate warrant request packets, title information, and supporting documents for title and document approval
• Ensure the construction schedule is achieved by maintaining records of all negotiations, status updates, and all other documentation necessary to fulfil state record requirements
• Review and analyse land title reports and other related documents in order to secure the interest in right of way necessary to complete the improvement.
• Assist in clarifying and resolving title issues and objections to title, and other issues related to specific land or property acquisition

Main Role

Incumbent would closely liaise with the government officials and legal systems pertinent to land issues.

• Has all the necessary scope similar as for the Manager Land Access,
• Provide analysis and problem solving for Overlapping land with CCOW.
• Planning, analysis and problem solving of the project progress to ensure that it is on track (budget, schedule and quality)
