Main job descriptions:
* Support sales team on proposal estimates main days and solutions to customers
* Meet customers to understand user requirements and come out with proposals
* Prepare solution proposals
* Generate Bill of Materials for quotations
* Assist sales in gathering 3rd party pricing and liaising with 3rd parties, if required
* Customers presentations and clarifications
* Support sales in tendering and bidding process
* Responsible for resolving solution architecture issues to the satisfaction of all stakeholders and help resolve
* Work collaboratively with solution developers and end users to ensure technical solution meets customer requirements and leads to user satisfaction
* Work with Sales Personnel to provide product, business and technical knowledge in support of pre-sales activities
* Deliver solution the customers.
General requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent at least 3 year(s) of working experience in application architecture, integration design and Pre-Sales for system solution.
Technical requirements:
Algolab Department
* Technical knowledge in Advance .Net Programming or Advance BizTalk with programming skill or Advance SharePoint with programming skill
* Basic database programming and design
* Basic networking concept
* Implement custom development or BizTalk solution or SharePoint solution to the customer
* Design solution (architecture, component, User Interface) Storage and Server infrastructure solution
* Ability of proper documentation
* Ability to prepare specifications and reports and explain complex technical concepts in simple terms
* Ability to perform complex analysis, consultancy, provide recommendations to internal clients and make sound decisions
* Ability to solution architect Storage and Server infrastructure solution
* Ability to understand and capture business functional and technical requirements based on user expectation
BND Department

Software Lead Tester
Main job descriptions:
* Software Test Leader is responsible for managing teams of software test engineers;
* Manage the teams to perform at or above the customer’s expectations;
* Assigning engineers to projects and creating career development opportunities for all team members;
* Responsible for managing continual software test improvement efforts (both technical and process improvements);
* Identify areas for improvement, setting the vision and goals of each improvement effort, collaborating with engineers on improvements, training, implementing, prioritizing and measuring the effectiveness of improvement efforts.
* Responsible for managing software test efforts in support of several products and multiple projects for each product.
* Primary point of contact for product level information, specifying what process each test effort will follow, specifying the tools that test will use for each project, tracking test progress, requisitioning test equipment and test software, training & mentoring leads in their responsibilities and working with leads to resolve root causes of missed project milestones;
* Responsible for adoption and execution of the Master Test Process as well as using technology to continually shorten test cycles and improve quality.
General requirements:
* Bachelor´s degree in information technology or the equivalent combination of related training, proficiency and experience
Technical requirements:
* Exhaustive knowledge of test theory, practice, strategies and tactics required;
* Knowledge of and experience with iterative and waterfall software development lifecycle methodology's required;
* Knowledge of and experience with test and development technologies to include C#,VB.net, C++ and .NET required;
* Knowledge of and experience with test automation strategies and implementation required
Soft Skills requirements:
* Good problem solving, analytical and Leadership skill
* English oral and written is a must
