HHRMA Hotel Career Info. 4 star hotel in Bali, is looking for a potential candidate to fill up the following position :
FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
Responsibilities :
Reporting to the General Manager, the successful incumbent will be responsible for maintaining an effective financial management system for the property. You are expected to ensure compliance of Accounting policies and procedures. This role will also be responsible for the preparation of timely financial and management reporting, performance review & analysis, tax planning, budgeting & forecasting and cash flow management. Other duties include implementing and monitoring internal controls to safeguard the Property’s assets and interest. In addition, you will need to provide training and supervision of the Accounting staff to improve efficiency and productivity.
General Requirements :
* Male/Female, 40 – 45 years of age.
* At least 5 years working experience at the same position from reputable 4 - 5 star hotel.
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Economics, Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent.
* Excellent command of the English language is a must .
* Strong knowledge of Indonesia accounting practices and tax regulations is advantageous
* Hard worker with certain pressure, Honest, discipline, and tough.
* Good personality, Team Work Compatible, Good Self Motivation.
