CIVIL ENGINEERING
Location: Site Based

Formal Education :

• Minimum S1 in Civil Engineer from reputable local or overseas university.
• Min TOEFL 500

Working Experience
• At least 5 years hands-on experience in structural design/civil engineering.

Other Relevant Skills:

• Familiar with controlling and monitoring construction site.
• Good knowledge of structural design standards.
• Good understanding and awareness on Health Safety and Environment/ HSE.
• Strong communication skills.
• Computer skills, especially in AutoCAD and Ms Office.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Other Relevant Skills
• Have a good and broad understanding of mining process
• Have a good knowledge in operation process
• Project Management skills
• Good understanding and awareness on Health Safety and Environment/ HSE

• Good managerial skills
• Computer skills, particularly related to mining applications

ENGINEERING COORDINATOR
Location: Jakarta Head Office

Qualifications:

Formal Education
• Minimum S1 Mining or Geology from reputable local or overseas university
• Have a minimum of POM (Pengawas Operasional Madya) certificate

Working Experience
• Minimum 7 years hands-on experience in coal mining industry
• Minimum 3 years experience in managerial level

Other Relevant Skills
• Have a good and broad understanding of mining process and operation (design, production, facility, equipment and manpower)
• Advance computer skills, particularly related to mining applications (Minescape, Autocad)
• Project Management skills
• Willing to travel to Site area

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH, SAFETY, AND ENVIRONMENT (OHSE) SPECIALIST
Location: Jakarta Head Office

Qualifications:

Formal Education
• Minimum S1 in Engineering / Technical / Occupational Safety from reputable local or overseas university
• Preferably also holding AMDAL A/B certification

Working Experience
• Minimum 5 years in similar industry within OHSE area
• Minimum 2 years in supervisory / junior management position

Other Relevant Skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Articulate and persuasive in oral communication
• Good knowledge of National and International Safety Regulations and Standards (i.e. ISO 14001)
• Strong knowledge of AMDAL, Environment Management System, AFA, Hazop, Engineering Management Change
• Project Management skills
• Knowledge of planning and budgeting

SURVEYOR
Location: Site based

Qualifications:

Formal Education
• Minimum S1 in Geodetic or other Technical discipline from reputable local or overseas university
• Holding Mining Surveyor certificate

Working Experience
• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in coal mining industry

Other Relevant Skills
• Have a good and broad understanding coordinating survey activities
• Capable in operating various survey equipments (i.e. Sokkia, Topcon, GPS, etc)
• Good computer skills, particularly in operating mining software (i.e. Surpac, Minescape, etc)
• Good understanding and awareness on Health Safety and Environment
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Strong communication skills

SENIOR MINING ENGINEER

Location: Jakarta Head Office

Qualifications:

Formal Education
• Minimum S1 Mining or Geology from reputable local or overseas university
• GPA score minimum 3.00 (scale 4.00)
• Have a minimum of POP certificate

Working Experience
• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in coal mining industry

We produce coals for supplies electricity and alternative energy to power utilities and industries. The Company is urgently seeking professionals to fill the following positions at its Headquarter in Jakarta and site operations. as:

MINING MANAGER
BASE : SITE LOCATION

The successful applicant must be able to organize, manage, monitor and be active for a Project organization in order to undertake a scope of work and achieve status of safety, quality, schedule and costs as laid down in a contract with Client/Contractors that in line with Company s best interests to achieve success Project.

He Will Reports directly to Project Director and C.O.O and will be responsible to :

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage for all aspect, technical and non technical aspect of the operation of mining project construction stage.
• Manage the generation of all company s mining infrastructure and exploration / drilling activity.
• Act as KTT and Maintain company objectives in relation to safety, quality & environment or “K3LH”.
• Implement existing formal project procedures for all aspects of the work ensure that adequate checks and balances built into the organization procedures.
• Develop an organization chart using the Company model which will describe Project team and which includes all functions required within the Project Contract. Functional areas of work may include Mining Operations, the Engineering, Asset Management, Commercial, Procurement, Finance & Accounting, Safety, Formalities, and Human Resources.
• Initiate the Project by conducting a kick off meeting with the Project team assign duties and responsibilities as detailed in the functional matrix.
• Prepare budget the progress and performance of all functional areas of the Project.
• Arrange and manage all statutory permits and approvals as required to and with the Contract.
• Take particular responsibility to ensure harmonious and cooperative related with industrial relations, Community relations and employees welfare in all aspects in the Project.

Requirements:

• Engineering formal basic education, Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) , Preferable from mining engineering or related major and required to work extended hours to meet project requirements.
• Min. 10 years experience in mining company.
• Min. 2 years professional experience as Site Manager / Project Manager.
• “Kepala Teknik Tambang / Pengawas Operasional Utama Certificate” is a must.
• Capable of handling government and local society, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Male, Max age 45 years old.
• Familiar with Computer Literate Microsoft Office and MINCOM, SURPAC.
• Position is accountable held for Project performance.
• Commitment to a systems approach to mining.
• Fluent in English.

CHIEF ENGINEERING (MINE)
BASE : SITE LOCATION – SOUTH SUMATERA

Will Reports directly to Project Director and and will be responsible to :

• Mine planning of project.
• Mine development of project.
• Progress of mine achievement.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) in mining engineering from reputable university.
• Min. 7 years professional experience with 5 years as mine planning engineer in coal mining company.
• Computer Literate & Able to operate software like Autocad, Map info etc.
• Max age 45 years old.
• Fluent in English.
• Familiar with safety regulation, hold POP or POU preferable.
