For new project at East Kalimantan & South Sumatra, we need highly qualified, dynamic, energetic, strong leadership and experienced professionals. Come and join our team for the following positions:

CPP Supervisor (CPPS)

• Bachelor degree in Mining, Geology or Chemical
• Hold POP Certification
• Have strong competency on stockpile & coal quality
• Min. 3 years working experience in the same position (preferably in coal mining industries)

Exploration Geologist (EG)

• Bachelor degree in Geology Engineering
• Experience in global mapper, Mapinfo dan Autocad LD, and Minescape software tools
• Familiar with all aspects relating to exploration process (tools, methods, log evaluation and basic modeling) is a must
• Preferably understanding of geology/field development plans
• Preferably hold POP Certification
• Min. 5 years working experience in the same position (preferably in coal mining industries)

HSE Supervisor (HSES)

• Bachelor degree in Forestry, Agriculture, Biology or Environmental Engineering
• Have knowledge in Risk & Environmental Assessment, Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment Control (HIRARC)
• Familiar with erosion, sedimentation and revegetation
• Have experience to handle waste management and procedure
• Preferably hold POP Certification and AMDAL A certificate
• Min. 3 years working experience in the same position (preferably in coal mining industries)

Paramedic (PRM)

• Min. Diploma (D3) Degree in Nursing
• Having working experience in the same position, preferably in the mining industry
• Having Hiperkes and BTCLS Certificates
• Ready to work any remote area in Indonesia

External Relation Supervisor (ERS)

• Min. Diploma (D3) Degree
• Minimum 5 years working experience in Public Relation / Government Relation
• Willing to be placed at site

Surveyor (SVY)

• Min. Diploma degree
• Min. 3 years working experience in the same position (Preferably in coal mining industries)
• Familiar with Feasible Software, AutoCAD, ArcView, MapInfo and survey instrument
• Good interpersonal skill
• Willing to be placed at site

Admin Site Supervisor (ADS)

• Min. Diploma Degree, preferred majoring in administration, law or management
• At least 5 years experience work on site
• Understand of Personnel System and Legal
• Familiar with Mining & PEB Document Permit
• Strong Leadership, Discipline and hard working
• Ready to work any area in Indonesia

Senior Training

• Min. Bachelor s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
• Minimum 5-7 years experiences in training & development area
• Able to conduct effective any TNA models, design and develop matrix competencies, facilitate and monitoring IDP, and ensure effective training implementations and evaluations
• Strong in learning and development concept with good presentation skill
• Having experiences as trainer for soft competency moduls
• Strong integrity, achievement and services orientation
• High communication & interpersonal skills with strong teamwork & leadership potential/capability
• High analytical thinking, planning & organizing, & creativity

Cost Controller

• Bachelor degree in Accounting Min. GPA 3.0
• Experience in dealing with accounting, cost calculation, reporting for mining company
• Good knowledge in Budget & Cost Control management skill
• Understand contracts administration (Logistic would be an advantage)
• Good communication in written and spoken English
• Min. 3 years working experience in administration and budget cost controlling
• Willing to be located in site (Kaltim)

Requirement:

• Have 10 years experiences in mining with min 3 years in managerial levels
• Have KTT Certification (POU)
• Able to manage the mining operations and ensure the optimal mining process operation quality
• Familiar with Mining Software (Minescape and SURPAC)
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Commitment to implemented safety and environment regulations

Mine Superintendent (MSt.)

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Mining
• Min 8 years significant working experiences and 2 years in the same position, preferable working in contractor coal mining
• Preferable have POM Certification
• Good knowledge in MINESCAPE & SURPAC (mining software)
• Strong leadership and people management skills

Sr. Mine Engineer (SME)

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Mining
• Min 6 years working experiences and one year in the same position
• Have POP Certification
• Good ability to plan and design with MINESCAPE & XPac mining software
• Be able to plan, design and review short term & long term plan
• Good Analytical Thinking, hard working and proactive

HSE Supervisor (HSES)

Requirement:
• Bachelor degree in K3 or Engineering or having qualification in HSE
• Have 5 years working experience and one year in the same position at mining industry
• Have Ahli K3 Certification, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18000 will be an advantage
• Intensive experience to implemented HSE Management System
• Have experience to prepare HSE procedure, ERT, JHA/JSA, and HSE inspection activities

Cost Controller (CC)

Requirement:
• Bachelor degree in Accounting
• Have 5 years working experience and one year in the same position at mining industry
• Have experience in dealing with accounting, cost calculation, reporting for mining company
• Good knowledge in Cash Flow Management, Budget & Cost Control Management

CPP & Port Foreman (CPPF)

Requirement:
• Bachelor degree in Mining, Geology or Chemical
• Have experience in the same position (preferably in coal mining industries)
• Have POP Certification
• Have strong competency on stockpile management, coal quality and shipping process

Junior Geologist (JrG)

Requirement:
• S1 Degree in Geology Engineering (freshgraduate) / SMK in Mining/Geology with min. 2 years experiences as wellsite
• Able to operate Mine Scape, Surpac, Map Info or Auto Cad will be an advantage
• Have experience in mapping and wellsite activities
• Ready to work in remote area (flying camp)

Assistant Geologist (AsG)

Requirement:
• SMK in Mining/Geology (fresh graduate are welcome)
• Able to work with Theodolite, Compass and GPS
• Have experience in mapping and wellsite activities
• Ready to work in remote area (flying camp)
