For new project at East Kalimantan & South Sumatra, we need highly qualified, dynamic, energetic, strong leadership and experienced professionals. Come and join our team for the following positions:

CPP Supervisor (CPPS)

• Bachelor degree in Mining, Geology or Chemical
• Hold POP Certification
• Have strong competency on stockpile & coal quality
• Min. 3 years working experience in the same position (preferably in coal mining industries)

Exploration Geologist (EG)

• Bachelor degree in Geology Engineering
• Experience in global mapper, Mapinfo dan Autocad LD, and Minescape software tools
• Familiar with all aspects relating to exploration process (tools, methods, log evaluation and basic modeling) is a must
• Preferably understanding of geology/field development plans
• Preferably hold POP Certification
• Min. 5 years working experience in the same position (preferably in coal mining industries)

HSE Supervisor (HSES)

• Bachelor degree in Forestry, Agriculture, Biology or Environmental Engineering
• Have knowledge in Risk & Environmental Assessment, Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment Control (HIRARC)
• Familiar with erosion, sedimentation and revegetation
• Have experience to handle waste management and procedure
• Preferably hold POP Certification and AMDAL A certificate
• Min. 3 years working experience in the same position (preferably in coal mining industries)

Paramedic (PRM)

• Min. Diploma (D3) Degree in Nursing
• Having working experience in the same position, preferably in the mining industry
• Having Hiperkes and BTCLS Certificates
• Ready to work any remote area in Indonesia

External Relation Supervisor (ERS)

• Min. Diploma (D3) Degree
• Minimum 5 years working experience in Public Relation / Government Relation
• Willing to be placed at site

Surveyor (SVY)

• Min. Diploma degree
• Min. 3 years working experience in the same position (Preferably in coal mining industries)
• Familiar with Feasible Software, AutoCAD, ArcView, MapInfo and survey instrument
• Good interpersonal skill
• Willing to be placed at site

Admin Site Supervisor (ADS)

• Min. Diploma Degree, preferred majoring in administration, law or management
• At least 5 years experience work on site
• Understand of Personnel System and Legal
• Familiar with Mining & PEB Document Permit
• Strong Leadership, Discipline and hard working
• Ready to work any area in Indonesia

Senior Training

• Min. Bachelor s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
• Minimum 5-7 years experiences in training & development area
• Able to conduct effective any TNA models, design and develop matrix competencies, facilitate and monitoring IDP, and ensure effective training implementations and evaluations
• Strong in learning and development concept with good presentation skill
• Having experiences as trainer for soft competency moduls
• Strong integrity, achievement and services orientation
• High communication & interpersonal skills with strong teamwork & leadership potential/capability
• High analytical thinking, planning & organizing, & creativity

Cost Controller

• Bachelor degree in Accounting Min. GPA 3.0
• Experience in dealing with accounting, cost calculation, reporting for mining company
• Good knowledge in Budget & Cost Control management skill
• Understand contracts administration (Logistic would be an advantage)
• Good communication in written and spoken English
• Min. 3 years working experience in administration and budget cost controlling
• Willing to be located in site (Kaltim)

• Familiar with geotechnical software

• Max. 35 years

EXTERNAL RELATION SUPERVISOR (Code : EXT) - Kalimantan

• Bachelor degree in related social discipline (preferably law)from reputable university
• Having min. 2 year experience as external relation in coal mining company and
• Understand about legal regulations for coal mining, government relation, mining permit, conflict resolution & negotiation with community
• Good communication skills able to work in a team, and good interpersonal skill
• Max. 35 years and willing to work at mine site (remote area)

K3L SYSTEM ANALYST (Code : SYS) - Jakarta

• Bachelor degree in occupational health, safety / environmental engineering / related discipline from reputable university
• Having min. 2 years experience in the same position
• Having experience of making K3L system will be advantage
• Having POP ISO 14000 and OHSAS 18000 certification or other environment management
• Max. 35 years

WELLSITE GEOLOGIST (Code : WG) (PROJECT BASE : One year Contract) - Kalimantan

• Bachelor degree from reputable university majoring in geology with min. GPA 2.75
• Fresh Graduates or having experience in the same position
• Highly motivated, able to work in a team, and good interpersonal skill
• Max.30 years and willing to work at mine site (remote area)

PORT MASTER (Code : PM) - Kalimantan

• ANT III qualification
• Minimum 3 years working experience as 2nd officer in international liner or shipping agency
• ISPS certification will be advantage
• Honest, detail oriented, highly motivated, and able to work in a team
• Willing to work at mine site (remote area)

SAFETY OFFICER (Code : SO) - Kalimantan

• Diploma degree in occupational health safety and environment or related discipline with min. GPA 2.75
• Fresh Graduate or with exp max. 2 years
• AHLI K3 Umum & POP certification will be advantage
• Highly motivated, able to work in a team, and good interpersonal skill

Community Development & External Relation Supervisor (Full time)
Improve and maintain company’s image and relationships, and communicate company’s business and activities to local stakeholders. Design and implement Community Development/Corporate Social Responsibility program that will benefit the community and enhance company’s image and reputation.

University degree with at least 10 years experience in relevant field, preferably within oil and gas industry

Community Development Coordinator (Full time)
Provide management support and advice in seeking collaboration with appropriate community and government representatives or non government organizations (NGOs) to advance the delivery of Community Development / Corporate Social Responsibility program initiatives, as part of the effort in promoting the company image and reputation.

University degree with 7 years experience in community development preferably within oil and gas industry

External / Community Relation Staff (Full time)
Assist the Community Development & External Relation Supervisor to maintain strong and close presence or communication to all communities at the lowest level possible and other stakeholders in specific area.

University degree with at least 5 years experience in relevant field, preferably within oil and gas industry.
