Requirement for the position is below.

Key accountabilities:
• Ensures adequate capable resources are available to provide H&S support to wells activities within the region.
• Has an independent line back to Wells S&OR in the event wells activities are not being properly resourced.
• Act as part of a global network of Wells H&S leads who ensure application of learning and Wells management systems improvements in the regions.
• Assures (from a health and safety perspective) that group, segment and divisional standards are being rigorously applied in Global Wells activities in the region.
• Manages the development of H&S staff in the wells HS&S team.
• Maintains an independent view of implementation of Safety & Operations Risk requirements and associated risks.
• Provides deep technical support to the line.
• Intervenes and escalates as appropriate to cause corrective action.
• Ensures appropriate policies, systems, standards, guidelines, procedures and bridging documents are in place to fulfill the requirements of the Local Operating System and Group Defined Practices.
• Provides advice to the management team and all staff and promote line responsibility for.
• Develops and monitors plans to meet policy/standard requirements.
• Develops performance standards to measure the successful implementation of the management system and the performance of contractors.
• Supports delivery of the local audit plan for processes and operational activities to ensure continuous improvement.
• Ensures all staff and contractors are competent and have completed training where necessary.
• Ensures all legal requirements are understood and addressed.
• Develops plans with Line Managers.

Essential Education:
• Bachelor s degree in engineering discipline.

Essential Criteria:
• A minimum of 10 years Drilling H&S experience.
• A minimum of 8 years in an H&S leadership role.
• Proven track record in H&S and/or operational disciplines, preferably with some exposure to drilling activities.
• Strong personal and process safety leadership skills.
• Respected technical contributor with ability to participate both internally and externally.
• Strong communication skills with all levels of the workforce.
• Experience in SOC (Behavior based Safety Programs), control of work, incident investigation, incident and emergency response.
• Proven ability to develop clear plans when dealing with complex and uncertain situations.
• Demonstrable leadership skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication (oral and written), engagement and team-working skills.
• Self motivated, with capability to work with minimum supervision and accustomed to being in positions of responsibility and accountability; proactive; able to work well under sustained pressure and have the ability and desire to take the lead on issues.

"Maintenance Planner/Scheduler"

Job Responsibility:

• Development, implementation and socialization of fit-for-purpose planning processes and tools necessary to support the integrated planning function in the onshore and offshore organization - All scheduled activities are planned and work orders approved
• Coordinate and schedule work with all crafts to minimize equipment downtime
• Optimization sequence and duration of tasks (minor project, modifications, shutdowns, etc) including to ensure tasks linked appropriately and resolve the conflict
• Schedule and assign personnel to the work orders including select a quantity of work orders to accommodate available resources
• Develop and manage weekly schedule and communicate full schedule to all team leaders, FMT (Field Management Team) members including technicians and operators for following week
• Utilize CMMS software to ensure a work order is written and all tracking is accomplished
• Coach all offshore CMMS users including Field Management Team members to develop competency in CMMS application with short and medium term planning and analysis of work execution efficiencies

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering and has minimum 7 years of working experience in oil/gas industries/related, Onshore/Offshore
• Must have performed similar roles in a maintenance or project environment having exposure to both maintenance and projects during his career
• Candidate must have worked with international contractors and suppliers in the oil & gas sector
• Must be familiar with computerized maintenance and work planning systems gained through using JD Edwards, DataStream, Maximo or SAP CMMS systems and also be skilled at using one or more of the proprietary planning packages such as Primavera, and/or Microsoft Project. Conversant with typical database systems such as MS Access, SQL server or Oracle
• Planning Maintenance work utilizing a proprietary CMMS system
• Commissioning of new plant and equipment, understanding the activities that are involved, preferably in a hydrocarbons environment
• Optimizing and improving work by analysis and creation of change to bring about improvements
• Maintaining quality records for work done including costs and resources used. Ideally this experience should have been gained both a maintenance and a project environment
• Interface management between Operations, Engineering, Projects, Contractors, and Subcontractors

"RBI (Risk Based Inspection) Engineer"

Responsibilities:

• Carry-out the RBI study plan and progress reporting against plan.
• Upload the inspection program and activities in the TSS Matrix to facilitate static maintenance to plan and schedule the inspection activities.
• Assist Senior Asset Integrity Engineer in ensuring the plant integrity and reliability for the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of the plant based on RBI methodologies.
• Follow-up with maintenance planning to ensure the inspection activities as established by RBI are scheduled.
• Plan and re-run RBI studies as required.
• Prepare the RBI reports for issue to the site specific area inspection Engineers and ensure implementation of the planned inspection tasks.
• Receive the inspection data back from the specific Area inspection engineers and update the RBI database with the relevant data, update the RBI parameters as required , re-run the analysis and provide the data for changes to equipment frequencies that has to be entered into TSS Matrix.
• Support POI Offshore maintenance staff as required.
• Create a reliable inspection database and keep inspection report/ properly.
• Inspect for any deviation and take necessary corrective action in term of repair recommendation, record/file properly.

Requirements:

• Minimum engineering degree and has minimum 7 years experiences in the oil and gas (PSC, Operator) or related industries in managing asset integrity program.
• Have specific experiences in developing and implementation of RBI program.
• Offshore infrastructure experience.
• Have strong analytical skills and preparing reports valuable for maintenance and operation.
• Good understanding of inspection activities Good understanding of inspection activities including NDT tools/methods and corrosion monitoring.
• Familiar with the relevant API, ASME, AWS, NACE, BS and other related standards, ABS, MIGAS, BP MIGAS and other government regulations.
• Have good knowledge on RBI program and asset integrity management.
• Strong computer literate.
• Fluent in English both writing and speaking.
