We are a well known national company, dealing with diversified business. To accommodate our expansion plan in property business, we are now looking for dynamic and self motivated professionals to fill in position as :
1. Architect (code : Architect)
- Bachelor degree graduate majoring in architecture from reputable university with min. GPA 3.00
- Age between 30 - 40 years old with min. 5 years experience as architect for high rise building
- Strong in planning & design coordination, working drawing review and operational supervision of property / high safe building project
- Strong skill in Auto CAD and 3D application program
- Bachelor degree graduate majoring in Civil Engineering from reputable university with min. GPA 3.00
- Male, age between 30 - 40 years old with min. 8 years relevant experience as structure engineer for high rise building
- Strong in operational supervision of property project
Mechanical Electrical Engineer (code : ME Engineer)
- Bachelor degree graduate majoring in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering from reputable university with min. GPA 3.00
- Male, age between 30 - 40 years old with min. 8 years relevant experience as mechanical electrical engineer for high rise building
- Strong in operational supervision of property project
Marketing Manager (code : Mktng Mgr)
- Bachelor degree graduate majoring in Exact Sciences from reputable university with min. GPA 3.00
- Age between 30 - 40 years old with min. 8 years relevant experience in marketing, managing luxurious apartments / villas / office space / hotel
- Having extensive network and good networking skill
Finance Manager (coee : Finance Mgr)
- Bachelor degree graduate majoring in Finance / Accounting from reputable university with min. GPA 3.00, preferably MBA / MM
- Age between 30 - 40 years old with min. 8 years relevant experience in finance accounting property business
License Affairs (code : License Affairs)
- Bachelor degree graduate majoring in Law with min. GPA 3.00
- Age between 30 - 40 years old with min. 4 years relevant experience in property business, processing all permit for land acquisition, office tower, hotel & apartments
General Qualifications for all positions :
- Experience in property development
- Strong in planning & design coordination, working drawing review and operational supervision of property / high rise building project (1, 2, 3)
- Strong management, leadership, interpersonal & communication skill
- Good English communication both oral and written
- Computer literate (Word, Excel and Power Point) and other related software program
- High motivation, dynamic, and enthusiastic
- Ready to work under pressure situation and with tight deadline
