Maintenance Superintendent (Central Kalimantan)
This position will be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance systems within ICP lease for company owned assets and ensuring that all contractor maintenance activities run smoothly to ensure adoption of best practice industry standards. Responsibilities include controlling maintenance scheduling to achieve target in accordance with the capital & operating budgets.
To be considered for this position you must have at least 10 years experience working in various positions in maintenance, asset management, planning activities within the mining industry and have mine certification Pengawas Operasional Madya. Problem solving, adaptability and self management, client management awareness, mature and professional approach to all matters are all competencies that are highly desirable as well as fluency in Bahasa and good skills in English.

Pit Geologist (Central Kalimantan)
Reporting to the Engineering Superintendent, this challenging position will be responsible for supervising coal removal to minimize coal loss and dilution, to ensure coal removal follow coal mining scheduling and controlling in pit coal quality as well as product quality target. Responsibilities include ensuring coal handling is in accordance to compliance of “Zero Harm” and HSE&C goals.
The ideal candidate for this role will have around 3 years experience working in various positions within both coal exploration and production. This position is based in Central Kalimantan on site. Experience in mining operations, especially in coal handling and recovery procedures as well as coal quality is a necessity. Excellent Knowledge of coal mining terminology and techniques, experience in Coal quality assessment and competencies in the area of problem solving, good interpersonal skills and perseverance to achieve goals is required. A good level of written and spoken English is critical.
