We are inviting dedicated and highly motivated candidates to join our fast-growing investment banking group in the positions of :1. Senior Manager / Vice President, Corporate Finance
You will assume the responsibility for structuring, financial analysis and the execution of corporate finance transactions. You will also contribute in marketing initiatives and developing creative financial solutions for clients
2. Analyst, Corporate Finance
You will assume the responsibility for developing financial models and analysis, conducting due diligence and the execution of corporate finance transactions
Prerequisites for the above positions:
- Masters/Bachelors Degree in Business Adm, Finance and/or Accounting from a reputable university
- 5 years (for Position 1) / 0 to 3 years (for Position 2) of relevant experience in corporate finance area
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial models and structuring
- High integrity, good personality and excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa
