General Requirements :
General Requirements :
- Degree in civil engineer with 1 year experience in tower / BTS company, or;
- Bachelor in civil engineer with 3 years experience in tower / BTS company
- Age below 30
- Good analytical
- Advance in English (prefer)
- From reputable university (prefer)
- Good in AutoCad 2D-3D program
- Able to prepare Cost Estimation
- Technical specification
