To support our coal mining exploration and production development in West Kutai, East Kalimantan, we required highly qualified professionals to fill the following vacancies :

1. Mining Operational Site Manager (MOS)

Responsibilities:
• Responsible to overall site and production activity
• Planning and monitoring production process and process and conducting production budget
• Ensuring the quality and safety of production process
• Leading and managing subordinate and developing an open ethical working environment

Requirements:
• Male, 35-45 years
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineer from reputable University, min GPA 3.0
• Experience at least 5 years as Mine Manager
• Expert in mine planning, production operations, coal processing, and coal quality control
• Certified at chief mining are preferable

2. Health, Safety and Environment Superintendent (HSS)

Responsibilities:
• Developing HSE management system and programs
• Coordinating and monitoring the implementation of HSE program

Requirements:
• Male, 30-35 years
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering or Geology or equivalent from reputable University, min GPA 3.0
• Understands relevant Indonesian as well as international SHE standards
• Experience at least 5 years in HSE related position

3. Mine Plan Superintendent (MPS)

Responsibilities:
• Preparing concept of short, medium and long term of mine plans

Requirements:
• Male, 30-35 years, posses at least a Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering or Geology or equivalent
• Has at least 7 years of working ecperiences in coal mining companies with at least 4 years in mine planning, has excellent skills operating mining softwares such as Minescape, Minex, Surpac, Vulcan, AutoCad, spreadsheets
• Understand relevant mining regulation and codes as well as applicable coal – related environment regulation

4. Geodetic Engineer Superintendent (GES)

Responsibilities:
• Field data collection including the measurement of situation, topography, point of the drilling, land ownership boundaries, boundary of mines, limit land hoarding
• Data processing into a calculation of the dimension and volume (area, volume of deposit, etc)
• Monitoring of mining activities and infrastructure development

Requirements:
• Male, age 30-35 years
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Geodetic or Geomatic Engineer from reputable University, min GPA 3.0
• 5 years experience in mining and civil projects (road, bridge, and building)
• Able to operate survey equipment including Theodolite, Total Station, GPS Geodetic, Hand Held GPS, Compass, etc
• Able to operate software and others supporting survey software D12, Surpac, AutoCad, Arc View, Map Info, GIS, etc

5. Project Control Engineer Superintendent (PCE SPT)

Responsibilities:
• Provide budget project in accordance with approved design plan
• Review progress, control and maintain cost as per budget and assist the project manager in accurately forecasting cost and resources to ensure project margin are met with the plan provide and review weekly and monthly costing report
• Provide forecasting report, set up monthly, yearly budget plan
• Check and review additional work / day work claim; accessories back charged
• Review project works progress and report variance cost against budget start from preparing up to final cost report
• Make a document tender and contracts
• Review materials and services quotations from supplier / vendor

Requirements:
• Male, 32-40 years
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Economic, Civil, or Mining from reputable University, min GPA 3.0
• At least 5 years of working experience on project estimator and cost control
• Ready to work at HO Jakarta

6. Geologist (Code : GEOS)

Responsibilities:
• Executing the exploration plan in the site
• Monitoring drilling activities

Requirements:
• Male, age 27 - 30 years, posses at least a STM or SMK in Geology or Mining
• Has at least 1 year of working experiences in coal exploration and has sound knowledge in proper exploration techniques

7. Legal Staff/SPV (Code : LGS)

Responsibilities:
• Coordinating with survey team members of issues related to land compensation
• Conducting studies on land status within the mining area
• Draft and review of commercial contracts, agreements and other legal documents
• Provide legal advice on the operation of the company and participate in negotiations where legal expertise is required
• Responsible for matters related to industrial dispute, lawsuit and arbitration
• Work with contracted law firm on assignment that require internal legal services

Requirements:
• Male/Female, age 25-30 years
• Min Bachelor Degree in Legal from reputable University, min GPA 3.0
• Has at least 2 years experiences at legal matters for Staff and 5 years experiences at legal matters for SPV
• Knowledge in company laws, contract laws and the Indonesian regulatory issues as well as the international commercial laws
• Strong ability to analyze problems and offer practical solutions
• Job Location : Jakarta (Female) & Site (Male)

8. External Affairs Staff (Code : EXA)

Responsibilities:
• Coordinating with survey team members in estimating and in negotiating land compensation
• Conducting land inventory on the density and type of plants within the mining area

Requirements:
• Male, age 22-30 years, min Bachelor Degree in Agriculture/ Agronomy/ Forestry from reputable University, min GPA 3.0
• Has at least 2 years of working experiences in mining area

Our client, a zinc poject mining company in North Sumatera, is currently looking for qualified candidates to fill the following roles:

1. ENVIRONMENT MANAGER
• Degree at S1 level or equivalent in an appropriate Environmental Engineering or Science discipline, or equivalent training and experience with preferably a relevant S2 qualification.
• Minimum of 8 - 10 years experience, preferably with some in remote mining areas, in a broad range of environmental management activities.
• Financial skills to handle project and budget responsibilities.
• Computer literate in the Microsoft range of Office programs including spreadsheets, statistics programs and databases.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, in both English and Indonesian, to liaise with internal and external contacts at both national and international levels.
• High performing leadership, advanced analytical and problem solving ability and planning skills.

2. OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH & SAFETY MANAGER
• Relevant DH&S training and qualifications and preferably a Degree at S1 level or equivalent in an appropriate discipline.
• Minimum of 8-10 years experience, preferably with some in remote mining areas, and a proven track record in a brad range of DH&S management activities.
• Candidate must possess POU certificate, Financial skills to handle project and budget responsibilities.
• Computer literate in the Microsoft range of Office programs including spreadsheets statistics programs and databases.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, in both English and Indonesian, to liaise with internal and external contacts at both national and international levels.
• High performing leadership, advanced analytical and problem solving ability and planning skills.

3. HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
• Tertiary qualifications, preferably in the Humanities and/or Commercial disciplines with fluency in both written and spoken English.
• 10-15 years of proven track record at executive management levels in the human resources function at both national and international level.
• Strategic planning and operations management skills to establish and achieve tong term goals as well as meet immediate business performance targets.
• Strong and effective leadership.
• Sound negotiation and problem solving skills.

4. MINE SURVEY SUPERINTENDENT
• Only those persons in possession of a surveyor certificate recognized by the Chief Mine Inspector shall apply.
• Specifically for underground mines, the surveyor shall have underground mine experience and shall have been approved by the Mine Inspector.
• Bachelor s degree in Survey, Geodet, Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Geo-technical or other generally recognized field of engineering or survey from accredited univ.
• Min. 10 years surveying experience, of which 5 years of relevant underground survey experience, 2 years included senior level.
• Advanced computer skills in one of the major mining softwares.
• Demonstrated expertise with advanced surveying equipment like Leica TPS, GPS, CMS, grid transformation.
• Familiarity with photogrammetry preferably Adam Technology 3DM Analyst.

5. MINE GEOLOGY SUPERINTENDENT
• Only those persons in possession of a tertiary degree in Geology shall be appointed as a Mine Geology Superintendent.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant geology experience, five years of which includes underground geology, 1 year in exploration and minimum two years as a Mine Geology Superintendent.
• Advanced computer skills in one of the major mining software, Surpac, Micromine, Vulcan or Datamine.
• In depth understanding of JORC code.
• Understanding of mine grid transformation principles.
• Supervising the geology team as well as coaching and developing graduates.
• Geology input into mine planning & scheduling.
• Production reconciliation systems to monitor the accuracy of resource modeling.
• Management and administration of the mines drilling contracts.
• Familiarity with photogrammetry, preferably Adam Technology 3DM Analyst.

6. MINE PLANNING SUPERINTENDENT
• Only those persons in possession of a tertiary degree in Mining shall be appointed as a Mine Planning Superintendent.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, five years of which includes underground mining, and minimum two years in a senior position.
• A POU Certificate by the Mines Department or preparedness to obtain National POU competency, and willingness to accept appointment as a Deputy KTT, or act as an Underground Manager when required, are preferred but not essential.
• Advanced computer skills in one of the major mining software, Surpac, Micromine, Vulcan or Datamine.
• In depth understanding of JORC code.
• Understanding of mine grid transformation principles.
• Supervising the mine planning team as well as coaching and developing graduates.
• In depth understanding of cut-off grade calculation for poly-metalic mines and impact to mine planning process.
• Production reconciliation systems to monitor the accuracy of the modeling.
• Management and administration at various consultants.
• Familiarity with photogrammetry, preferably Adam Technology 3DM Analyst.

• Mampu menganalisa dampak lingkungan dan dampak aktifitas tambang serta diutamakarm yang memiliki sertifikat AMDAL A atau Audit Lingkungan Pertambangan.
