1. Mine Operation Foreman

To Coordinate and supervise all primary and supporting mining activities that is conducted by contractor or subcontractor to ensure that the implementation is aligned to the plan and comply with all regulations of safety and environment, hence all the activities can be conducted safely and environmental friendly.

Qualifications:

~ Possess a diploma or bachelor degree in Mine Engineering or Geology.
~ Minimum 2 years of working experience in mining area and hauling road supervision.
~ Pengawas Operasional Pratama competence certified.
~ Able to operate mine plan software (Minescape, Surpac and Xpac).
~ Strong in analytical skills with high attention to detail.
~ Excellent in time management skills to handle multiple tasks and following through on projects and handling multiple tasks.

2. Contractor Management Superintendent

To manage, monitor, review, evaluate and improve the performance of coal mining contractor or subcontractor to ensure that all primary and supporting mining activities are conducted aligned to the plan, comply with HSE regulation and meet the operational budget.

Qualification:

~ Possess a bachelor degree in Mine Engineering.
~ Minimum 5 years of working experience in contractor management area.
~ Pengawas Operational Madya competence certified.
~ Strong leadership and communication skill.
~ Control & Monitor Coal Handling from Pit to Port.
~ Excellent in time management skills to handle multiple tasks and following through on projects and handling multiple tasks.

3. Quality Control Engineer

To implement coal quality procedure/standardization strictly in stockpile management, loading vessel and blending ratio to attain high quality level and zero contamination.

Qualification:

~ Min. S1 majoring Geological or Chemistry.
~ Minimum 3 years of working experience in coal quality analyses and sampling in coal mining company.
~ Concern with all coal quality administration, familiar with spreadsheet computer program to generate reliable reports, statistic computation.
~ Control & Monitor Coal Handling from Pit to Port.
~ Pengawas Operasional Pratama competence certified.

4. External Relation Officer

Responsible to maintain strong and close presence or communication to all local communities at the lowest level possible, local government and other stakeholders in specific area.

Qualification:

~ Minimum S1 majoring Law, Administration, Social Science or related subject.
~ Minimum 5 years of working experience in external relation in a coal mine industry.
~ Excellent communication and negotiation skill.
~ Able to speak local language (Banjar) will be an advantage.

• Understands relevant Indonesian as well as international SHE standards

3. Mine Plan Superintendent (MPS)

Responsibilities:
• Preparing concept of short, medium and long term of mine plans

Requirements:
• Male, 30-35 years, posses at least a Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering or Geology or equivalent
• Has at least 7 years of working ecperiences in coal mining companies with at least 4 years in mine planning, has excellent skills operating mining softwares such as Minescape, Minex, Surpac, Vulcan, AutoCad, spreadsheets
• Understand relevant mining regulation and codes as well as applicable coal – related environment regulation

4. Geodetic Engineer Superintendent (GES)

Responsibilities:
• Field data collection including the measurement of situation, topography, point of the drilling, land ownership boundaries, boundary of mines, limit land hoarding
• Data processing into a calculation of the dimension and volume (area, volume of deposit, etc)
• Monitoring of mining activities and infrastructure development

Requirements:
• Male, age 30-35 years
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Geodetic or Geomatic Engineer from reputable University, min GPA 3.0
• 5 years experience in mining and civil projects (road, bridge, and building)
• Able to operate survey equipment including Theodolite, Total Station, GPS Geodetic, Hand Held GPS, Compass, etc
• Able to operate software and others supporting survey software D12, Surpac, AutoCad, Arc View, Map Info, GIS, etc

5. Project Control Engineer Superintendent (PCE SPT)

Responsibilities:
• Provide budget project in accordance with approved design plan
• Review progress, control and maintain cost as per budget and assist the project manager in accurately forecasting cost and resources to ensure project margin are met with the plan provide and review weekly and monthly costing report
• Provide forecasting report, set up monthly, yearly budget plan
• Check and review additional work / day work claim; accessories back charged
• Review project works progress and report variance cost against budget start from preparing up to final cost report
• Make a document tender and contracts
• Review materials and services quotations from supplier / vendor

Requirements:
• Male, 32-40 years
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Economic, Civil, or Mining from reputable University, min GPA 3.0
• At least 5 years of working experience on project estimator and cost control
• Ready to work at HO Jakarta

6. Geologist (Code : GEOS)

Responsibilities:
• Executing the exploration plan in the site
• Monitoring drilling activities

Requirements:
• Male, age 27 - 30 years, posses at least a STM or SMK in Geology or Mining
• Has at least 1 year of working experiences in coal exploration and has sound knowledge in proper exploration techniques

7. Legal Staff/SPV (Code : LGS)

Responsibilities:
• Coordinating with survey team members of issues related to land compensation
• Conducting studies on land status within the mining area
• Draft and review of commercial contracts, agreements and other legal documents
• Provide legal advice on the operation of the company and participate in negotiations where legal expertise is required
• Responsible for matters related to industrial dispute, lawsuit and arbitration
• Work with contracted law firm on assignment that require internal legal services

Requirements:
• Male/Female, age 25-30 years
• Min Bachelor Degree in Legal from reputable University, min GPA 3.0
• Has at least 2 years experiences at legal matters for Staff and 5 years experiences at legal matters for SPV
• Knowledge in company laws, contract laws and the Indonesian regulatory issues as well as the international commercial laws
• Strong ability to analyze problems and offer practical solutions

8. External Affairs Staff (Code : EXA)

Responsibilities:
• Coordinating with survey team members in estimating and in negotiating land compensation
• Conducting land inventory on the density and type of plants within the mining area
