3. Project Control Engineer Superintendent (PCE SPT)

Responsibilities:
• Provide budget project in accordance with approved design plan
• Review progress, control and maintain cost as per budget and assist the project manager in accurately forecasting cost and resources to ensure project margin are met with the plan provide and review weekly and monthly costing report
• Provide forecasting report, set up monthly, yearly budget plan
• Check and review additional work / day work claim; accessories back charged
• Review project works progress and report variance cost against budget start from preparing up to final cost report
• Make a document tender and contracts
• Review materials and services quotations from supplier / vendor

Requirements:
• Male, 32-40 years

4. Geodetic Engineer Supervisor (GES)

Responsibilities:
• Field data collection including the measurement of situation, topography, point of the drilling, land ownership boundaries, boundary of mines, limit land hoarding
• Data processing into a calculation of the dimension and volume (area, volume of deposit, etc)
• Monitoring of mining activities and infrastructure development

Requirements:
• Male, age 30-35 years
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Geodetic or Geomantic Engineer from reputable University, min GPA 3.0
• 5 years experience in mining and civil projects (road, bridge, and building)
• Able to operate survey equipment including Theodolite, Total Station, GPS Geodetic, Hand Held GPS, Compass, etc.
• Able to operate software and others supporting survey software D12, Surpac, AutoCAD, Arc View, Map Info, GIS, etc.

5. Mine Plan Supervisor

Responsibilities:
• Preparing annual mine plan in monthly basis
• Controlling progress of short term mine operation (weekly and daily)

Requirements:
• Male, age 25-35 years, posses at least a Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering / Geology or equivalent
• Has at least 5 years of working experiences in coal mining companies with at least 2 years in mine planning, has excellent skill operating mining software such as Minescape, Minex, Surpac, Vulcan, AutoCAD and spreadsheets
• Understand relevant mining regulation and codes as well as applicable coal - related environment regulation

• Coordinating with survey team members on issues related land measurement within the mining area
• Collecting, mapping and analyzing measurement data of the mining area

• Male, age 22-30 years, min Bachelor Degree in Geodesy from reputable University, min GPA 3.0
• Has at least 2 years of working experiences in Main Survey
• Familiarity with GPS and Total Station

7. Legal Supervisor (Code : LGS)

* Relevant trade certificate or mechanical aptitude.

Site Manager
(Jakarta Raya, Kalimantan Barat, Kalimantan Selatan, Kalimantan Tengah, Kalimantan Timur)

Responsibilities:

* Ensure all project planning, engineering, construction and commissioning activities achieve the required performance in HS&E, compliance with project management policies.
* Effective development of a solid professional working relationship with all related Joint Venture,customer and support contractors personnel.
* Provide input to the operational team , and manage as required to ensure operability of proposed facilites and operational plans.
* Maintain in depth knowledge of the regulatory standards and permitting process.
* Perform other related duties as required including hands-on operation of plant and bulk equipment.
* Install sustainable maintenance program with definition of minimum safety stocks of critical spare parts for plants and operations, organized purchasing of spare parts from local and overseas vendors, setup of SAP purchasing systems , and management of outsourced and in-house mechanical services.

Requirements:

* Bachelor degree from Mining Engineering background.
* Minimum 5 years experience in Mining company.
* Minimum 3 years experience in drill & blast.
* Have blasting certificate.
* Communication and interpersonal skill.
* Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast paced , team based environment.
* Experience in bulk truck operation.
* Fluently in English both oral and written.
* Computer skills in AutoCAD.
* Driving license min SIM A.
* Age between 30-40 years old.
