Madhani Talatah Nusantara (Madhani) is Jakarta based company providing specialized contruction and mining contracting services to Indonesian resource sector, particularly for mining and mineral processing projects. PT. Madhani was established 31th October 2001 based on Company Articles of Association No. 55 and registered as a National Contruction and Mining Company in the Republic of Indonesia and can operate legally as a contractor in local resource industries. Since 1st April 2005 based on BKPM letter No. 39/V/PMA/2005 PT. Madhani was changed as Foreign Company. PT. Madhani shareholders are Indonesian and Australian citizen. Its seeking suitably qualified and experienced personnel for the following senior positions.

Project Manager-Site Area (Code: M610)
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering (preferable mining, geology, civil ft geodesy).
• Minimum 10 years experiences in mining in similar role.
• Preferably held a “P0U” Mining Indonesia competency certificate
• Management experience in an industry open pit mining is a distinct advantage.
• Good level of written and verbal in english.
• Strong Negotiation skills and able to communicate well and has good organization skill
• Trustworthy and reliable character.

Mine Operation Superintendent.-Site Area (Code: M510)
• Graduate in Mining Engineering or Geology (Bachelor degree/S1)
• Min. 10 years experiences in the mining industry, with 3 years as Mine Superintendent.
• Having a good understanding of wide range mining equipment application.

Mine Technical Superintendent. Site Area (Code: T510)
• Graduate in Mining Engineering or Geology (Bachelor degree/S1)
• Min 5 years experiences is similar role in the mining industry
• Able to operate Minescape or Minex Software

Plant Superintendent.-Site Area (Code: P610)
• Graduate in Mechanical Engineering (Bachelor degree! 51)
• Min. 4 years experiences in the maintaining mining equipment
• Familiar with wide range heavy equipment maintenance program including Excavator, Bulldozer, Dump Truck, Motor Grader, for various brand: Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hitachi Volvo.
• Experience in the maintenance management and system

Senior Geologist Exploration - Site Area (Code: T530)
• Bachelor degree in Geology
• Minimum 7 years experience in coal exploration
• Capable to operate exploration/mining software such as Micromine/MineScape
• Familiar with mining and related regulations
• Experience to manage an exploration program, including geological mapping, drilling and topo surveying.
• Strong leadership, mature, and good analytical thinking

HRDGA Site Superintendent - Site Area (Code: H550)
• Bachelor degree in psychology, law, or management
• Male mm 30 years and max 45 years.
• Minimum 5 years experience in mining industry.
• Expert knowledge and handling in HR function (recruitment, compensation and benefit, personnel administration, industrial relation, training, CSR, and general affairs).
• Strong leadership, mature, and good analytical thinking

SITE MANAGER

Job Scope & Responsibility:

• To manage site activities and to achieve all parameters set in the budget.
• To liaise with customers on all issues related to the operation on site.
• To identify the opportunity of work site and develop the prospect together with support from Jakarta.

Requirements:

• Required skill(s): CAT repair procedure, CAT system, Failure analysis.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor s Degree, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding) or equivalent.

PURCHASING SUPERVISOR

Job Scope & Responsibility:

• As a Leader on Purchasing, must Plan & Organize All Purchasing duties in supporting SCM/Operation process, within Schedule, Quality, Budget as assigned.
• Procure Goods Ordered, such as steel-materials, consumables, spare-part, stationary, etc and including subcontract-service & ASSETs in accordance with company requirements.
• Execute negotiation on price, Term of payment, type of contract and its delivery time based on requirements.
• Coordinate & Supervise his task-force since Create/Controlling Purchase Request, Sourcing/RFQ and Create Purchase Order, until Approved PO then following-up its expediting up until well received in Warehouse.
• Review & Analyze his team & vendor/supplier performance periodically, provide in reporting & if necessary feedback/advice to improve both the process/progress and skill, as one of his control-task/responsibility.
• Liaise with intern sub-dept, including Finance & EXIM to make the works run properly.
• Report to Operation Manager.

Requirements:

Requirements:

• At least 4 years experience, particularly in steel fabrication & machining.
• Comprehending setting/welding knowledge.
• Strong leadership skill.

SALES ENGINEER

Job Scope & Responsibility :

• Ensure all sales potential within certain sales territory is handled according to marketing strategy and sales target.
• Ensure accurate information of customer need and the availability of future customer need.

Requirements:
